No hot water in shower. Engineer could not fix. Disappointed!

this was my first experience with Drury hotels and was fantastic. It is a shame they are not on the East Coast. I need to become a member.

Although we LOVE staying at Drury Inn, this particular stay was out of the ordinary when it came to what we are accustomed to for Drury Inn. First, we are a family involved in travel sports, so when our children play in tournaments out of town, we are used to the hotels being full of other players from other teams and sports. Usually, these athletes are required by parents and coaches to turn in early so that they are rested and ready to play the next day. That was not the case this past weekend, and the hotel staff and other guests paid for that. Even though the staff tried to get everyone quiet and out of the hallways at a reasonable hour, it was next to impossible to get parents to comply on this particular weekend. Parents of many athletes were drinking and were very noisy at the outside pool area, and their children (ages 8-15) were completely unsupervised and were screaming and running through the halls well past midnight. It was incredibly annoying and rude! Also, weekend breakfast at Drury Inn doesn't start until 7:00. Early games in most tournaments begin at 8:00 and require check-in at 7:00, so it would be great if 6:00AM breakfast was offered 7 days a week, so we early birds could take advantage of that. As usual, the beds were super comfortable and the room was well cleaned, so I have no complaints there. We couldn't get our remote to work even after changing the batteries, but it wasn't the end of the world. I would say that our stay at Drury Inn had more to do with our overall experience than it did with the hotel itself, and as much as we stay in hotels during the summer months, it isn't unusual to have a bad experience here and there.

This hotel was GREAT!!!! We enjoyed our stay! Staff was friendly, room was clean!!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this Drury. The rooms and bathrooms are exceptionally clean and the staff (from front desk to housekeeping) is super friendly and helpful. It is more expensive that some other mid-priced hotels in the area (by about $25) but the evening "snack" session from 5-7 (really a small meal), the unlimited free soft drinks and popcorn, and 3 free adult beverages more that make it a bargain!! The breakfast is great with non-rubbery eggs, waffles, meat selections, lots of fruit, granola, yogurt, etc. Also, each room has a microwave and fridge. It is located within 15 minutes of downtown St. Louis, the airport, zoo, science center, and is right next to a major shopping mall. I highly recommend this hotel. I didn't have my kids with me, but it would be a great place to stay with kids.

We stayed here while visiting my hometown for my 10 year reunion. The staff were friendly, our room was very clean, and the included treats of hot breakfast and afternoon snacks came in handy as we were running around trying to meet up with friends, and needed a quick bite before heading out. Location is great for the area, easy to find, and right off the high way. My only complaint was a pretty slow elevator, but that gave us time to make friends with other patrons waiting along with us. All in all, the Drury Inn was an excellent experience, and I'd be very happy staying there again, the next time I'm passing through.

Overall a wonderful stay. Front desk staff friendly and rooms very comfy and roomy.

It was a very nice stay. Great locations for travelers.

The room was comfortable age had everything we needed. Breakfast options were good, too. Staff was really kind. Would stay here again.

We shopped and ate. Spent time together

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend DRURY INN ST. PETERS

Even though there were ants in the tub and sink - the service and free meals were so good we still give it an A+. We'll return and do it with [...].

great highly recommend

Service at the hotel was great. 3 free drinks and hot snack in the evening and then hot breakfast in the morning. Good value.

Very helpful staff: manager even called my room to make sure it met my expectations.

This is one of our favored hotel because it is very clean and staff is very friendly. We loved the mid afternoon snacks and as always we love the hot breakfast. We feel it is home way from home...Congratulations! to all of the great staff. Sincerly, Lena/Jefferson City, MO

We arrived at 2AM, the front desk clerk was helpful and friendly. We discovered our room was right off the lobby and we thought it would be really noisy, fortunately, it wasn't. The beds were pretty comfortable. The breakfast was hot, fresh and enjoyable AND INCLUDED. Which is important to a family of four and beats McDonald's.

This hotel is in a very convenient location easily accessible from I-70 and there are numerous places to eat and a shopping area immediately adjacent. There are no dining facilities in the hotel itself. The compimentary breakfast however was significantly above average. Parking ang check-in were average but the staff were friendly and helpful when asked. The room was comfotable but the bathroom was rather small and cramped for an hotel of this cost.

we were there july 4th, which was pretty crowed when it came to pool time, but besides that they have great features, snacks, people, and location...very comfortable and easy to get in and out of if you are running around....I'll stay there again, for sure..the kids love it!

The Drury was not a hotel I had ever heard of. When all was said and done, for the money, it was fabulous. The hot breakfast was very good, free long distance, all the facilities were very clean and the staff very welcoming. This was a good experience.
