Inside, the open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen offer a cheerful spot to visit, play, and cook with your family. Gather on the soft seating in the living room, tuned into your favorite TV shows and movies, all while being warmed by the heat of the fireplace. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space, making cooking a breeze. When your culinary creations have been prepared, dine together at the large formal dining table.

The bedrooms are places of pure peace with their fresh linens, inviting color palettes, private TVs, and central air-conditioning. Multiple outdoor access points ensure that you can always enjoy the warm Georgia air.

Outside, lined by palms, utilize the dock for fishing and swimming. A communal playground is also close by, perfect for the kids. End another day in paradise gathered around the firepit - roasting s'mores and sharing stories.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
