Your room was clean, well-kept, very comfortable. All of the outside areas were well-kept and clean. The included breakfast was great. All of the employees that we came in contact with were very friendly.

This was the worst hotel till now that I have stayed..they don’t clean the room..and when we went to ask for towels they say they are out of it..front desk guys are so rude..what not everything is so bad about this hotel..I always book a hotel in the range of 150-200$ and I use to at least get decent amenities…here I paid above 300 I was expecting it to be little more premium but it turned out to be a disaster..please families whoever is going to Jekyll don’t book this property
Liked Friendly and helpful staff, clean comfortable room and great bed, good choices for breakfast. Pet friendly. Pool is more geared for small children rather than adults (can’t do laps). Pool area and path to beach need to to have vegetation cut back.

Really loved the natural setting around the pool and outdoor patio area, and the boardwalk to the beach was a really nice setting! Room was very comfortable and quiet, breakfast was well stocked and coffee was always hot and fresh!

Boardwalk access to the beach. Clean and well taken care of property. Staff were friendly. Amenities were available - pool, bar, gym, coffee.
Staff rude and non caring. From check in to check out was ignored or treated like I was not a priority. Room was musty smelling. Shower not cleaned. No breakfast on first day they had run out. I had to search out second day and was waved rudely on by staff to point out sacks of breakfast on cart. Charged for two drinks to my room that I did not have. They were removed but no apology and no thank you for staying with us..nothing! Will NOT return. My previous stay was nothing like this and I was hoping this could be my hotel of choice as I love visiting Jekyll Island. Not to be.
Either the website was misleading or I completely misunderstood what ocean view meant. When I checked in, I asked if the room would be ocean view and was told there are no ocean views because of a big dune. I upgraded for a fee to an “ocean side” room, which just meant it was on the side of the hotel closest to the ocean, and we faced the pool. The sliding glass door concerningly did not lock. A bit disappointing based on what I read on the site. The staff, however, were very nice and helpful, and the room was clean apart from two spiders in the corner.
