Nice hotel close to the beach with a great staff and amenities :-) The manager, Anne is very kind. We had no problems whatsoever. There are many good restaurants within a two minute walk. We saw the manager getting prepared for the expected hurricane. We hope and pray that hurricane Irma somehow misses this lovely island and wonderful people!!

very good staff, very helpful, beautiful rooms, close to the beach and Grand Casa, great location for food

Great location, nice rooms, great staff. Nice pool and protected parking. Walking distance to the beach and Orient Bay village restaurants. I highly recommend.

Exceeded expectations. Huge room, spotlessly clean, lovely grounds and breakfast area. Gated parking and entry made it a little tough to get in at first to check in (thankfully gardener was around), but made property feel safe. Would return in a heartbeat.

The hotel grounds were well maintained and the cleaning staff was phenominal. I gave the hotel a mediocre rating because the bathrooms in the room were quite gross - smelly, small, and unventilated with plastic toilet lids. Not that I spend all day in the WC, but I visited it often enough and each time I dreaded the experience. The continental breakfast was quite basic, with a breadbasket and 1 variety of fruit to offer. On a sunny island like St. martin, I feel like more fruit and variety could have been offered Location was a stone's throw from the beach, grocery store, and many small restaurants and bars.

Not a big resort, but rather small boutique hotel. Location - excellent, literary less than 100 steps to Orient beach. Village and shops including bakery and grocery stores around the corner. Rooms are large, clean with nice Moroccan style furnishings. AC works perfectly. Water has excellent pressure and was boiling hot. Reception, cleaning and breakfast ladies are very friendly and aim to please. They make happened everything we asked for including late check out as we were moving to another hotel. Cleaning ladies who did outstanding job not just cleaning but changing towels and refilling bathroom and kitchen items did not even touch the tip money we were leaving for them and we finally had to tell them to take it. Buffet breakfast was wonderful and more than enough for us, but you can order to cook something if you'd like as a service lady was always there ready to help. Pool even though small (as so most of the pools in small resorts on Caribbean islands), was clean and excellent choice to dip in after a hot day at the beach. Variety of restaurants, two bakeries, grocery store and most importantly the staff made it an excellent choice for us. Thanks for everything.

Good hotel over all. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool, breakfast area and grounds were very well maintained. I loved being in walking distance to Orient Beach and various resturants. The hotel dog "Poopie" became a new best friend to us. Leave the kids at home. This is an adult vacation.

Relaxing, great staff, comfortable room, very nice pool, and this is one time when the hotel really was only a 5 minute walk from the beach.

This was our third trip to Saint Martin, and our third stay at Palm Court. This perfect hotel is set in lushly landscaped grounds that seclude it from everything! The rooms are clean and smell wonderful! They are larger than most hotel rooms, and we love the large shower room! Location, location, location.....the hotel is a block away from the little French Town and Orient Beach. We walked to the beach everyday and to the restaurants at night. The hotel provides a tasty breakfast in the morning that is included in the price. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We asked for them to arrange a taxi to the airport on the morning we departed, and the taxi was right on time. We would never stay anywhere else!

Palm Court Hotel provided the simple charm and convenient, relaxed atmosphere we were looking for on our week long vacation. The clean ground level junior suite we reserved had a pool view porch made private with lush plantings. The firm bed, simple but serviceable bathroom, and tiny kitchenette gave us the conveniences we enjoyed. Breakfasts served every day by the pool were delicious and offered everything we were interested in. Casual dining with excellent food and the beach were short walks away. The attentive staff, particularly the chamber maid service made the Palm Court Hotel experience memorable. We will be back!

Nice little place. Quiet. It's a small, nice walk to the beach and restaurants. I would stay there again.

We were looking for the ideal spot to enjoy the beach at Orient Bay. Palm Court turned out to be the perfect place for us. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms and cleaniness. We rarely look for the large, chain resorts; but instead, enjoy places like Palm Court that have their own energy and identity. We were also surprised to learn that each morning a tasty breakfast is included in the price. The breakfast is served poolside and is traditional french/continental style with fresh baguettes, croissants, jams, pancakes, local coffee, etc. The best aspect of the hotel is its proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. From our hotel room to the beach, it is a 2 minute walk.

We found out the 1st day that our group should not have been allowed to book there. We were scolded twice that we were too loud at the pool and she wanted to send us to another hotel for the rest of the week. She also said that any "French person" would have known that a 24 unit resort was a "Quiet" place to stay. None of us used the pool after the first day and tried not to speak too loud or laugh while on the compound. Nice surroundings and things were well kept up, daily room cleanup and the breakfast and staff were very nice. Also had the feeling that the owner, who was French, did not approve of Americans. Would not go there again!

This is a beautiful. quaint motel tucked less than a 2 minute walk from Orient Beach. Rooms are spacious and inviting, done up in reds and golds. Breakfasts are GREAT with fresh pastries, fruits, coffee, and breads. Try the Cheese! Within walking distance are restaurants, grocery, and stores. All restuarants we ate at were good, so I wouldn't single out anyone in particular. The motel is designed as a quiet 24 unit motel. We were unfamiliar with the fact that they do NOT want groups of friends, which we quickly learned. They have a beautiful pool but quiet time is 1-3pm, and after 6 pm. At these times they prefer no talking. No food or drinks are allowed by the pool. We were a group of 12 friends and once we learned this we spent our time on the ocean and at restaurants and had a great time!!

great hotel. great location. a 2minute walk to a beautiful beach. the staff was friendly and attentive. the free breakfast was wonderful. its not the hilton, but by no means was the hotel unsuitible. if you're looking for an affordable convenient hotel in a safe, clean and beautiful area, i'd definitely recommend it.

Fantastic experience, great location, nice staff, beautifull setting.

Beds are extremely uncomfortable, air conditioner leaked water, and was noisy. Office staff hours are from 09:00 - 13:00, and 15:00 - 21:00, not available other than that.

I read a few bad reviews before we stayed at this hotel. We did not have any of the problems that a few people compained about. The room temp was fine, the mini frige worked well enough. The hotel is pleanty close to the beach. The room was clean and well stocked.

Our first trip to St. Martin. It was a very nice, quiet, and clean place with very helpful and friendly staff. A short walk to Orient Beach which is a beautiful beach and has something for everyone.

Palm Court Hotel is a cozy, friendly home away from home. The rooms were meticulously cleaned every day; with fresh-mopped floors and clean towels. Rooms were simple, yet elegantly designed, and very comfortable. No problems at all with any of the amenities. Every room has a balcony with a beautiful view of the courtyard/pool area. The included breakfast was a treat! Again, a simple, no nonsense continental breakfast was served daily by some of the nicest girls I have every met in my travels. The fresh-out-of-the-oven croissants were to die for. This hotel is on the French side of St. Martin, meaning the predominant language spoken is french, although all working in the service industry spoke English as well. Of the many restaurants we sampled in the area, all had delicious food. The Euro rules on the French side, and your American dollar is only worth about .65 cents/Euro, so things are pretty pricey. That would be my only criticism of our stay.
