One floor down, you'll find the pool, the fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a stylish outdoor bathroom, an outdoor shower and a large lounging and dining area under a massive palapa - all seamlessly connected. Under the palapa is a seating area with two oversized, comfortable lounge sofas, another large dining table and two hanging chairs that sway gently in the breeze with views that stretch to the horizon. The pool has a shallow lounge area with three in pool chaise's – the ultimate place to relax in the water.

Villa Téotlina is located on Villa Park Coral Estate, a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou. The resort has 24/7 security and is located near several wonderful beaches, perfect for swimming, diving and snorkeling. On Coral Estate Centre you have the option to go to the beach, the spa, bakery Bread & More, restaurant ‘Karakter’, roof top bar ‘Bar Koraal’ and the dive shop.
