The Ginger Lily Hotel

Across street from major resorts. Walkable distance from the beach and restaurants. Pool needed cleaning but pool guy never showed during 2 day stay. Breakfast is very basic. No yogurt available as advertised. Room is clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast included in the room price would be nice.

A unique nature theme in the hotel's surroundings, in the midst of a city hub.

Close to beach across the street and close to many restaurants by a short walk

Hotel was ok, several staff were oddly indifferent to customer, which is surprising given they rely on their reputation for ongoing business, one or two were friendly. Hotel was close to beach and easy walking distance to nearby shopping area. I would choose another hotel next time if I returned.

i enjoyed my stay it was across the way from the best just cross the street and i was at the beach

I had a great time at the Ginger Lily Hotel. It was situated across the street from Reduit Beach, which was the major selling point for me. The price was really good, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel was close enough to the "nightlife" and restaurants on the Rodney Bay strip, but far enough away to have a calm and relaxing time. it is definitely better to book an upstairs room, as the downstairs rooms don't offer much privacy.

This hotel was a nice place to base our stay while exploring the Rodney Bay area. It's about a block from the beach & across from the police station. The motel, while small is clean with large rooms. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

Great hotel! So pretty, such nice staff.

The hotel was nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is situated in a great location across the street from the beach and down the street from all the restaurants and bars. The only problem we had was with the Television in the room that worked sometimes and sometimes didn't. To the hotels credit we never complained, so they didn't fix the problem. The staff is friendly but at times a little slow, but they are extremely helpful with things to do and eat in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for dining, shopping and scuba diving. Hotel: very well maintained with friendly staff and owners that pay attention to the details to make your stay comfortable. A perfect hotel for those who want peace and quiet. Should you go with an executive suite, you have a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary items to cook as you like and the market is only a short walk from the hotel. Location to beach: right across the street with excellent sunsets. Skinners beachside restaurant has great food but the service was the worst of all the places we visited. Note: Skinners is NOT associated with the Ginger Lily Hotel. Diving/swimming: great location for Scuba Steve's dive shop to pick you up in the morning. The hotel pool is relaxing and the perfect size for morning and afternoon dips. Advice: bring bug spray or mosquito coil with you to guard against the bug bites while sleeping.

The hotel was located extremely close to the beach and was walking distance to all the restaurants in the village. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were perfect.

The staff was super friendly and gave us tips for all island activities. They treated us like family, not hotel guests. We have been to many Caribbean islands in the past and this had the most authentic, non commercialized atmosphere. We felt safe day or night everywhere we ventured. A well enjoyed vacation.
