Professional and friendly staff, clean rooms, great location

The hotel is slightly outdated but staff is extremely friendly and willing to accommodate to your needs.

The hotel was a bit more than I expected, being set back from the road so it was quiet. The pool was very nice, as was the room, and you can't beat the location.

Very nice hotel, small and intimate, food was good, the staff was wonderful, polite and kind very proffessional especially Shaun (Sean) Esther and Princess will be recommending this hotel, we had an enjoyable stay, thanks to all

We had to change rooms! Too noisy for my spouse's comfort.

Absolutely stellar location. Centrally located to almost everything Rodney Bay has to offer. Easy to walk to some of the best restaurants on the island. If this is your first trip to St. Lucia, this is the place to stay. The staff were some of the friendliest I've ever encountered. I'll definitely be back!

The resort is exactly as advertised. The resort and room are extremely clean. The staff is warm, welcoming, very friendly, and eager to help. The food and drinks were delicious. All in all, we had a splendid trip. The only suggestion I can make is possibly some entertainment (maybe a live band) during the weeknights, as it does get kind of quiet.

Very great hotel for vacation love the area close to everything been there number of times worth it.

Good place to stay. Beach and restaurants within walking distance. It was a little noisy.

I returned from a five stay at Coco Palm, travelling with my mother. From the initial check in until we left, it was a wonderful stay at this hotel. The grounds were beautiful, with lovely palm trees and flowers everywhere. Nice pool in the center of the grounds. The staff was friendly and very accommodating whenever assistance was needed. There are two restaurants, one featuring local cuisine, the other featuring international cuisine. Both were excellent, and there are also many other dining options in the surrounding area. The hotel is located within about 10 minutes walking distance of lovely Reduit Beach, and also is very close to shopping centers in the other directions. The only negative is one that is not really within the control of the hotel the music from surrounding bars can continue into the early morning hours, and disturb sleep. To avoid that, a room at the main building, instead of Kreole House, is probably what I would do next this. However, it wasn't really a problem in the big picture. One thing that could be a negative for some, but was quite the positive for us, is that it is a 90 minute taxi ride from the international airport. I consider that a positive because the taxi ride serves an opportunity to see nearly the entire island from the cab. Consider it a taxi ride which doubles as an island tour. Some of the views from the cab were magnificent. Probably the best summary of the hotel is that is that it seems to be the classic example of a Caribbean boutique hotel where one gets a true island experience. Without question, I would stay here again upon a future trip to St. Lucia.

Excellent, loved every minute. Even extended my stay 5 extra days. Staff very professional, room clean, & spacious. They upgraded me @ check in, to a pool patio room. Nightly entertainment, free breakfast, will come again.

We enjoyed our stay. It's quiet, has a nice pool and is close to the beach.

We stayed at Coco Palm for their all-inclusive package, and it was very well worth it. The staff was very friendly and affable, and the food was also very good. I highly recommend this resort!

My experience at this hotel was just okay. Was not great, wasn't terrible. One staff at the front desk was rude to us though. I would recommend this hotel only if you not planning on staying in room much.

The staff were very cooperative and friendly, the food was delicious, and the hotel is in a very convenient location, walking distance to a beach, a mall, and many restaurants.

My stay was just ok. Nothing great about the hotel, staff could be a little more friendly.

I had a good time at Coco Palm. The food was good and dinner at Coco Creole was delicious and artfully created.

Great all inclusive package. Food choices average. Food overcooked at times. Like location. Lots to do

We booked 5 nights in a Kreole standard room as part of the package. It seemed like a great deal, but it was anything but. After 4 phone calls, and some serious pleading, we were finally moved to a different room. There are a couple of bars down the street from the hotel that blare music until 5 a.m. It is so loud it is like you are sleeping (or should I say not sleeping) under the stage. After 2 nights of no sleep I was ready to loose my mind, and we did get moved upstairs in the back and it was tolerable. The water is an issue in this part of the hotel. If you want to take an at least warm shower you have to let the water run for 20 minutes. This is incredible wasteful, so we took cold showers for a week. I will say the staff at this hotel is amazing. They are incredible friendly and helpful. The concierge was helpful booking tours, and the parking was free for the rental. If you book here, please spend the extra money and stay in the main part of the hotel.

I've stayed there 5 times. Nice rooms, Pool, Restaurant, Friendly staff, Free local breakfast included! Saltfish and Bakes Whaaat!? As an American/Saint Lucian I always recommend Coco Palm to all of my friends. Reasonably priced rooms and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, atm, bank, shopping, supermarket, bars. Don't forget to pick up a complementary beach towel from the front desk. My only issues this trip was that the WiFi in the room was spotty and unreliable. Coco palm used to have the best Wifi signals in their rooms. Also, someone please instruct the wait staff that guests near the bar would like to be asked if they need anything at regular intervals. Please don't make guests have to walk over to the bar to order drinks. Especially at the pool! Lucian don't you want a tip? :)P
