The rooms had quite the homey feel. Rooms were clean. Will definitely stay with TownePlace Suites again. Morning staff was pleasant and helpful.

We came up for an event during the weekend and were very busy. The hotel was so nice that we wished we had more time to spend there.

Great room to host a bridal shower. The hotel was walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Walls were very thin. I complained about noise from a neighbor and it was handled immediately. Coffee pot had grounds from last person in the pot where it wasn't cleaned, cobwebs on the counter (with larger spider) by coffee pot. Pillows were super comfy. Beds and bath clean. Non slip mat left in bathtub which I don't like. Wish they had left microwave popcorn for us in the room like others I've stayed in lately.

The location and staff can't be beat for this low price. Lots to do in this area as well.

Excellent value and convenient location. Will definately stay there again.

Hotel was very clean. We really enjoyed the location with lots of shops within walking distance. The area was easy to navigate in with a car and there was plenty of free parking near stores and restaurants. There was also a grocery store nearby where we bought food. We planned on cooking in the room some during our stay, but it ended up being more of an inconvenience than anything else. The kitchen was stocked, but the pans were very low quality. We were unable to even cook eggs without a bad taste, as the skillets had black, burned spots on them that transfered to the food. Our stay was for 6 days and for the first 2 days we repeatedly either had billing summaries under our door or had staff coming into our room not expecting us in there. When we called, they assured us that we were fine to stay because we were just accidentally included in their weekly summary for long-term guests. On the days that we were "leaving" there was no cleaning service. We did not need the room cleaned, but did have to go to get our own towels several times (no big deal). We even had to go to the front desk to get toilet tissue, as they never refilled it the entire week. Breakfast was adequate, but only cereal, muffins, cereal bars, yogurt, and juice. They did shut breakfast down early one day we were there so we always tried to get there somewhat early.

The place was great and so were the people. On my way to the room I ran into the General Manager and he instantly knew who I was. He stopped what he was doing and took a minute or two to chat. That's the kind of personal service that get customers back. The only negatives and they were minor was a strong smell of curry in the hallway from a guest cooking and when I woke one morning I could hear a conversation the guests in the next room were having. So the wall must be fairly thin. I travel to the Minneapolis area often and this will be my new home away from home.

The full kitchen and large, bright room made our 5 day stay feel more like a homey studio apartment than a dark hotel room. Negatives - they kept short changing us on the towels and TP, forcing us to make frequent trips to the front desk. Will return though, especially for stays longer than a couple days.

I was on business in minneapolis area and need'd some thing close to down town with a good rate, I was suprised at the room it was very nice and I would stay here again.

Good value

Will definitely stay again.

Good service.

One telephone in room didn't work and TV didn't work. We got immediate service when we reported the situation.

The hotel was very easy to find and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was operating on a very short stay/ turnaround and they made my stay very easy.

The location was perfect but the hotel was not. The Sheets had stains. There was chipped paint all around and the toaster was broken.

Perfect size room for the business traveler. Clean, well laid out suite. I thought for one or two people it was perfect and very reasonable price. I will stay at a townplace again
