I can't express how often I was impressed with the service and the prompt response we received to any question, request, or concern.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was excellent with great service available. only problem no free continental breakfast.

Enjoyed the room. Staff was very nice and helpful

The staff was accommodating to our crazy schedule which was fabulous. The bed was comfy enough. I LOVED the pillows - I really do want to take those home. But the hotel description said all rooms came with a sofa bed. They don't. We had a sitting chair - not a pull out or recliner - a chair. This was a big deal for us. Oh, BTW the employee down on his hands and knees cleaning the lobby floor grout with a tiny brush at checkout time was really weird to see - not what I expect from a Marriott. Made you wonder what happens when management is angry.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway (about a 15 min drive to the heart of downtown). The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby and lounge areas are very appealing & functional for large parties. The rooms were clean and spacious. On the other hand, the beds were extremely uncomfortable (e.g. you sit and sink), which to me indicates that they have more than exhausted their shelf life. First, you will find difficulty getting comfortable. Then, you will wake with aches and pains. The a/c unit spits out cold air - then shuts off, which keeps you in a perpetual state of hot and cold. Finally, Kips, the hotel's restaurant, should be permanently disassociated. The food is POOR, in taste, presentation, and quality. One would be better served to dine elsewhere.

Stayed here for my birthday and had a great, relaxing time. The staff is super friendly and room service was fast. Definitely worth the price.

I was really glad Kip's was right in the hotel! What a great place! However, the $4 water that was in our hotel room was a little outrageously overpriced.

had a noisy family next door - should have asked to be moved but didn't. Perhaps families could be congregated in a specific area, and couples/singles looking for quiet time could be in a different area...

Excellent! The staff was so friendly, hope to return provided the price is not too much.

I was there to take a professional exam that was offered at the hotel the next day, and I came to stay the night before. I studied for the exam. Was very disappointed about having to pay for wireless internet in my guest room. I needed that to study for my professional exam.

I stayed at the hotel, simply because I needed a getaway night. The hotel staff was excellent. I treated myself with room service and was also pleased with the prompt, friendlyservice and food.

We arrived very late (4:15 am) and very tired, and they took the time to make us feel comfortable. There was a problem with the toilet and they came immediately to fix it, and got it right the first time.

This Marriott in west Minneapolis was exactly what we wanted. Clean, quiet and quite accessible to Minneapolis downtown via I394&I94. I liked the fact that there was a stuffed chair for comfortable sitting. I will probably stay there again when we are in the Minneapolis area.

I had o ask the desk for towels- we had no cleanup in the room for our two day stay. i felt that we were pushed out of the hotel- there was a convention after us, but I felt that we were being encouraged to leave early.
