Needs renovations. It's very old fashion. Rooms are very outdated. Seems dirty. Not enough towels.

I lasted 15 minutes in the room. I got a refund. They couldn't pay ME enough to stay there. It is FILTHY FILTHY FILTHY! False advertisement. STAY AWAY from that place.

Rooms were dirty and not stocked with coffee, etc. They advertised a heated pool but it was cold. The hot tub was hot but no jets worked. The staff were nice but the hotel I would rate a one.

I could write a book on all the things wrong with this hotel but i will condense. Room was clean and that was the only thing ok at this place. Everything else was filthy and broke down. Way overpriced and very bad elements call this place home! Stay away

Quick rundown of the experience: Police were in and out of the hotel all night handling issues (one of the officers was on a first name basis with the manager, so likely a common occurrence), the faucet in the sink was broken, the lock on the door was broken, a woman was selling what appeared to be drugs in the lobby, there were stains on the sheet, the bathtub had mildew, strong smell throughout the room, stains on the wall as well.

Very cheap hotel so we didn't expect much from the hotel. The shower was very clean, but there was quite a bit of rust throughout the room. The beds were not comfortable at all, but the late arrival and checkout was helpful. Not a horrible experience, just an old hotel.

Gentleman at front desk repeatedly tried to charge us for the room a second time after we had already prepaid! Room was hot whenever we first got there! Pool area was extremely hot and muggy! Other than that the room was fine and went to an awesome Luke Bryan concert at the nearby Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre!

My room was gross. Had to change a light bulb our of one lamp for another to work. Opened the drawer to the dresser and there was trash in it. Then there was a roach on the wall and the room stunk. The best thing was the bathroom. I only showered and got dressed to go out. After going out I returned my key.... no way I could sleep there. I wouldn't recommend to anyone

I arrived at about quarter to ten at night, checked in, and went to my room. Upon opening the door there were half drank beers, towels in the floor , bed wasn't made, toilet wasn't flushed, and bugs crawling on the wall. I tried to get my money back and they would only move me to a new room, which in itself took two hours... So I sat in a dirty room for two hours afraid to touch anything.. The new room was at least a little more clean as in the housekeepers had actually touched this one, but it was still nasty. Throughout the night people were yelling the whole time, the cops were called out for whatever reason at least three times, and I got NO sleep. I had a black male in the hallway call me derogatory names about my sexuality, and one about my race. The neighborhood was also bad, definitely was scared to even walk from my car to the door. I wouldn't reccomend this hotel even to a homeless bum..

I booked a non-smoking room at a hotel advertisung a pool within a 5 mile radius of the St. Louis airport for myself and my two young daughters. Upon my arrival, the man at the front desk informed me they only had smoking rooms. I said I had paid for a non-smoking. He said that was all he had. Then I wanted to use the pool and he said it was only open from 6pm to 10pm. Just coming in from a long flight with two little ones, I needed to sleep so we went to our room. The room was terrible. The comforter had cigarette burn holes in it and the bathtub had burn marks all along the top. One if my daughters asked if we were going to get sick by staying there. Unfortunately every was sold out around the airport and the only alternative to sleeping in the car was this place. The smoke In the room was so bad, I coughed all night. Do not stay here. Along with the false advertising, the surrounding area was sketchy. This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

Upon arrival into the weed ridden and pothole covered parking lot, my expectations were shot. The pictures on the site must have been taken years ago. The room had no alarm clock. The door would not shut without first inserting the card key and turning the handle. Only one of the four employees i came in contact with spoke English. One of the elevators did not function, at all. The people staying there were very, very shady. I will not stay here again.

Toilet seat had a bolt missing, towels were very small scratchy, and thin, bedding was not clean, stains on the carpet, no phone or alarm clock, tv was old and some stations didn't come in clearly, room smelled musty, burns and other marks on sink and tub, elevator didn't work, common areas were dirty and smelled bad, very slow check in, staff not friendly, no breakfast.

the hotel needs a lot of repair in stairwells. The pool was not heated as advertised. They didn't have continental breakfast as advertised, nor was the attached restaurant open for business. They were doing construction on a room below us at 8am, while we were still trying to get some sleep. That was the worst night's sleep I've ever gotten in a hotel. Even the water didn't get hot for a shower! There were no apologies from the staff. We ended up cancelling our second night stay and booking it elsewhere.

This was the worse hotel that I have ever been to, it was absolutely disgusting, I would keep a dog there

Rooms were disgusting. There was a cockroach crawling on the wall. My parent's room had bugs crawling all over the tube. People were standing on the balcony in the pool area smoking and when you walked into the lobby you could smell weed. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking but you could smell smoke when you walked into the room. We did not stay at this hotel.

Not clean! Hot tub didn't work. Pool was murky. Needs cleaned and remodeled bad!!! If you have to just sleep one night it's possible to make due, but I would suggest staying elsewhere.

The hotel smelled pretty bad. The rooms were not the cleanest. There was trash throughout the hotel. There is no workout room.

The hotel was very dirty it had cigarette but and trash all over the floors. Their was trash in one of the swiming pools. They did not have a restront in the hotel. Their was no comp. brefest. The coffie pot didn't work and their was no coofi in the room they said the ran out. The towel rack was broken. The worl pool bath tub was broken. The hot tub was broken you could not use it. The service for the empolyees was very poor they were rud and took for ever to wait on you. The stay was very disapointing.Would not recemend this hotel.

they were under staffed didnt have the room i wanted

The hotel wasn't bad but it was kind of a ghetto place. The staff was very good, the pool was excellent when it wasn't full, and it was very easy to find. The bad thing was it was pretty ghetto. I couldn't even get pizza delivered after dark because no places would deliver there. There was people hanging out in the pool area and on different levels at all hours of the night.
