This was at one time a very beautiful hotel. The rooms could use some TLC. The tiles floor in the bathroom was cracked and didn't look very clean, the carpet was loose and bunched up and I actually tripped on it, the bathroom was very small and everything just overall didn't seem too clean. The girl and the front desk was very friendly and the bed was comfortable. The location was good, we were able to walk everywhere. I would stay here again in a pinch, but would not be my first choice.

Our toilet was full of shi::: and closed up. But they did move us.

This hotel is Not Omni affiliated anymore like it is shown in the pictures, staff was not professional nor dressed properly. Room was dark and run down, ask for a better room and it was the same. Checked out and had to find another hotel to stay at....nothing majestic about it at all!!

Overall, the hotel was very nice. The only issue I had was the shower (room 303). It seems that the water wouldn’t come on with a simple turn of the knob. I had to pull it out to a point where it seems that it could completely come off. Hopefully maintenance will correct this.

Nice clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Free breakfast.

The check-in process was really slow but that was only because they had two people call out. The guy working the desk was very apologetic. All of the staff were very nice and very friendly and very helpful!

Great service, wonderful room and amenities. Close to what we wanted.

Great hotel in the grand old tradition! I love this place!

This hotel is in need of major repair and renovation. Evidence of water leaks are seen in the lobby ceiling and wall. The breakfast area needs an overall cleaning and the majority of the hotel staff spent more time on their phones than they did assisting guests or working. The room was clean, but very dated. The value received was definitely it worth the price we had to pay.

check in was great...very friendly staff... Breakfast was not so good...there was no food ready..out of milk for cereal, no hot items, very bad... The room was nice, very comfortable, the staff was very helpful... Need to work on the breakfast.....

feels like old hotel. Nice location but not my type of hotel

A beautiful building in desperate needs or renovation. The staff was wonderfully attentive and cheery. We were informed that the hotel had recently been bough and will be renovated in the future.

We only stayed one night, but it was nice. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was great, lots of choices, fresh and hot. We would stay there again!!!

Hands down, very friendly staff made this experience worth doing again. Just awesome. Thank you!

We had a great stay at The Hotel Majestic. It was in a great location and we were easily able to walk to the Scottrade Center. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at there suite , the room is big with a separate sitting area , separate bathroom pulled out bed and refrigerator, microwave available but in a different floor which I think is very inconvenient a little bit far from the arch and the stadium but it's walkable . Train station is very close 6 min away convenient to the airport and its only cost $2.50 each

Great staff, close to everything downtown. The hotel itself is dated and needs some renovating.

When we arrived the AC was out - I was ready to forgive this because things happen but reading other reviews after I checked in I saw that the AC was out for over a month. I booked this at least 6 months ago so that was a non issue back then. I was drawn to the historic place and location. I think this was a great place several years ago. Lack of money and perhaps poor management made this place fall into disrepair. Elevators were terrible so one gentlemen directed us to use the stairs. Behind the scenes it was even worse disrepair. The room itself was not too bad - clean. I had called about 2 months ago to add an extra night on. we were coming for a concert and thought we'd like to explore more. The price directly from hotel was $209 a night. I decided that was too expensive and did not do it. thank goodness!!! Not worth that price at all. Very disappointing.

Nice older hotel but only one elevator worked which was quite inconvenient and the vent above our toilet leaked. This made going to the bathroom inconvenient to say the least!
