Checked in early. Got key and was told they were cleaning rooms. Great. Just needed key. Family was going to six flags and wouldn't be back until late. Got back and room had not been touched. Still had previous guests stuff in it. Went to talk to front desk and night crew was awesome. He changed rooms immediately. Apologized for inconvenience and did what he could to accommodate. Not the best experience but night staff tried. Could be cleaner, but didn't expect top of line either.

Exterior needed lots of repairs, painting, parking lot dips, hole in roof in building by pool. Room was ok. Clean. The hot water kept changing from cool to warm. Bed was a bit hard for me. Pretty much typical for low cost rooms though. Only about 5 channels on the tv. One movie channel that was available in the evening, not in the morning. Most other channels were golf and baseball. Towels were two bath, one floor towel and one wash cloth. It was a two queen bed room.

A/C not working propertly, got move to another room but key lock did not have batteries, so we got moved again, bed sheets looks like have not been washed in days, lots of stains.we paid over $80.00 bucks, I will not stay there again, not even for 20 bucks.

Messed up wrist in pool. Pool was nasty. Staff didn't clean the room.

Needs work. Paint peeling, tiles cracked, no dial tone for phone. Heard the Interstate all night long. At least the waffle maker was working, but it would be nice to have some fruit also.

It was bad experience. Next room was noisy and you can hear their loud voices. Changed the room after finding broken TV and non-working phone. Room is not clean. Not recommended for a family.

Old and tired. Poorly maintained. But clean and spacious. Pool was closed in mid summer.

In summary: *My four children and I were initially not allowed in our reserved room--administered by this website--for over one hour from the moment we first approached a member of the staff working at the front desk to honor our reservation because, purportedly, payment had not been received, as reported by this individual, anyway. After much deliberation which also included a violent shouting "match", we were finally allowed into our room, still reluctantly, however, by him. For the record, I have never been denied access to a reserved room ever, and have stayed in easily over one hundred different motels in my life. *The room was inappropriately untidy and dirty. There was dust on furniture, fixtures, clothes hangers and racks, etc. The shower was filthy with dirt or grime on the tiles, black hair in the tub, dirt on the floor, dirt on the tub sides, and more. *The advertised pool was unusable and was, in fact, being rebuilt and, also, wasn't currently being worked on due to a "stop work" notice on the entry gate, as well. *Linen had to be asked for and was never readily available. In fact, the motel staff made excuses for just about everything blaming the manager for each problem that arose. *Motel maids did not clean the room daily, unless we requested their service. Even after this was performed, their job was not even satisfactory. *Food was deplorable with nothing fresh offered. *No tissues nor napkins were available. *Outside looked shoddy and unkept, too.

Clean: bedsheets, towels, sink, bathroom; but there was no pad between the sheet and the matress Not clean: floor, table (crumbs), refrigerator (leftover food in a box) Didn't work: remote for television; satellite TV reception was off-and-on; during the night, the room air conditioner stopped working and the room got hot, but in early morning it ran again - maybe had a bad thermostat?

Staff was extremely friendly, but the room was dirty, lamp broken, tv barely worked, and sheets looked gross, and didn't throw out the used bar of soap from previous guest. For one night it was ok, but I couldn't stay multiple times.

Great staff, super clean place. Would definitely stay here again, and definitely will.

In desperate need of updating.. Cleanliness was adequate. Very inexpensive -you get what you pay for..

The sink and shower drains had hair in them there was no shower curtain when we checked in. they had just finished cleaning the room as we pulled up. The door did not fit well, you could see day light all around and there was a I/2 at the bottom of the door. There was a dead spider on the wall. There were holes in the wall above the door to the adjoining room. There were mary jane butts all over the place. Over all the place should not be rented to travlers

Room was very comfortable, clean and it was a nice stay.

just an old hotel. needs tons of repairs. desk was very helpful. overall... just not a great place

the hotel wasn't the greatest. the reviews are pretty accurately low for this hotel. staff was not very friendly however one lady was but other than her the rest were not. it was a great close location for what i was doing and the a/c / heating system worked well above average. the room size was nice, the bathroom was horrible though. definitely not on my personal favorites of hotels.

We just needed a good night's rest that was inexpensive with not a lot of frills (didn't need any). This hotel gives you that. Don't expect the very latest furnishings or a fancy exterior. Low cost, decent breakfast bar, clean rooms. A good value.

The most worst experience I have ever had at a motel. The rudest people with bad attitudes I have ever met. The rooms was'nt clean an linen on the bed was'nt clean.

The pillows sere so flat i couldn't tell them apart from the mattress and they would not give us any more. I reserved a smoking room (don't know why i ALWAYS smoke outside) and it smelled like stale smoke so bad I couldn't hardly breathe, when i asked to be switched they could not AFFORD to switch me rooms in an almost empty hotel.

the hotel was located right ooff the interstate and was very convient for the shopping I had to do and the park and the zoo we went to
