Great hotel, great location and super helpful staff with helping us find dinner.

Great service, caring efficient staff, no complimentary WiFi.

Room was not ready at check- in time but was given free parking and free breakfast for the inconvenience. Room was clean but in great need of a renovation. Guest room floors look very "tired". Hotel has great potential to look attractive again. All staff members very professional and friendly.

Traveling on business I look for safety, cleanliness and convenience and this hotel has all of that and more. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and they even GIVE you a bottle of water. There is a coffee maker in the room and they provide a great hair dyer, not one of those horrible things attached to the wall that don't even dry your hair. And the water pressure was great in the shower which dopesn't sound like much until you are in a shower with the water barely dripping out. They have a shuttle to and from the airport which is also very convenient and saves you about $35 each way.

Valet parking only $22. Hotel was very clean, lobby very attractive and well decorated. We didn't go to the bar but it looked nice and intimate. Rooms were clean. Staff were pleasant. Kids enjoyed the large heated pool. My only complaint is that prior to getting in the pool the next morning, I used the house phone to ask for towels in the pool area, as there were none. After 40 minutes in the pool, we had to jump out and make a run for it to our room. We stayed on a very cold weekend in February so it was freezing in the pool area. there are several nice restaurants in the immediate area. Close to shopping. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Overall a pleasant experience on a busy night. The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly.

Great hotel in a convenient location. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

This is a nice hotel located very close to Washington University. Nice staff.

Room was clean, a little small for what we paid. Bathroom was very small. We stayed on the 6th floor and it was very quiet. Elevator's were very, very slow. It was okay for one night, wouldn't want to stay there more than that.

I stayed in a room with a king size bed. It was very comfortable and clean. THe hotel was very full, so service was a little slow but I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Plus the coffee in the hotel room was great!!

The staff at the the Sheraton was nice, but that was the only good thing. I usually try to stay at a Marriott or Hilton, but this Sheraton was available and was very affordable, so I went for it. Bad move. The bed was as hard as a rock, one of the worst nights sleep ever. Also, the air conditioner was sooo loud it woke me up every few minutes. Every time the fan cut on or off, it was like an airplane taking off. I finally had to turn it off and sweat through the night- at least it was silent. Also, if you have any type of agenda you need to stick to, DON'T relay on the hotel shuttle. We landed at the airport around 8:45 pm. We got our bags, then called the shuttle as we were supposed to. They said it would be 20 mins, which is OK, but everything other hotel had shuttles going by constantly. 20 mins, 30 mins, still no shuttle. We were the only ones left and saw every other shuttle go by several times. Finally after 45 mins, our shuttle arrives. (hotel is only 15 mins away). The appologized and gave us some breakfast vouchers, so that was nice, but after hours of traveling, then having to wait 45 mins for a shuttle, we were pretty upset. The food was OK. The location is great as its close to everything, I would not stay here again, and I probably will not stay at a Sheraton again, it always seems to disappoint. Other big chains like Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt seem to be pretty good and consistent.

I was warmly greeted by reception and offered an upgrade (not free, but still they offered). My room was pleasant and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I wish they kept the coffee available in the lobby for a little longer. They stopped serving coffee in the lobby on Saturday at 6:30am when the restaurant opened. Also, I wish there had been an extra pillow or two in the room. Otherwise, this hotel was fantastic and I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I booked a night here for a weekend getaway for our anniversary. I had ran in the Color Run that morning and they graciously let us check in early so that I could get cleaned up. I was disappointed that self-parking was $14 and we even had to park outside in the rain. It would have been nice if there was a hot tub. There was some sort of business convention going on and the bar got busy and loud in the evenings. We had to call to the front desk at 3 am because there were very loud people talking in the hallway right outside our door for over an hour. Front desk was not overly friendly. There was a concierge standing at the front door, but never offered to help with our bags, when it was clear we were struggling to move them out of the way. Next time, we will probably stay at the hotel across the street. We had a better experience there last year.

We were only in town for one night for a concert. They upgraded our room to a suite with free internet and the bartender bought us a drink in the bar when I told her about the new job I had just gotten. The bed was wonderfully comfortable as well.

The location is close to the OLIVE BLVD. And the bed is so nice. BUT the lock of restroom doesn't work. That's not good. Totally, it's a good hotel but a little expensive. NEXT TIME, I'LL STILL CHOOSE HERE.

Very positive experience at this Sheraton during a recent visit to family. Every worker (guest relations, room service, bell staff, housekeeping) was friendly, professional, and helpful. Great deal and got comped on parking. The building is a little old, but the decor is recently updated, and the bed quite comfortable - firm with a pillow top. Accommodating of my small dog as well.

No problems. Clean, convenient, helpful staff, quiet, and good pool on 5th floor with a nice view.

The staff at the Sheraton offered exceptional service and was extremely polite, courteous, and helpful. They were very considerate to our needs as we were traveling with our dog. We even had our room upgraded and experienced a nice stay in a very clean and spacious room. In the morning we enjoyed a delicious complimentary breakfast. Overall our stay was wonderful and this Sheraton will definitely be a first choice when staying in St. Louis. Thank You to the staff!!

Staff was very helpful and understanding with the accommodation of our dog. They employees were polite, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were upgraded to a very nice suite and enjoyed the amenities of complimentary breakfast. The service was superb and the room was large, clean, and very nice. We will definitely choose the Sheraton of Clayton Plaza for our future hotel stays! Thank you for everything!

Room Service excellent and reasonable. Parking more than other hotel in area. Older hotel with rooms updated, but not other areas. Large pool, but I was not interested in looking out my window at the indoor pool with its music and noise till 10pm nightly.
