Don’t ever stay at this facility with your family. Totally run down telephone not working bathroom outdated and shower. Television doesn’t work. Walls looks like there going to cave in

This property was filthy. The floors were sticky, the nightstand had crumbs on it when we got there and we decided to avoid the bathroom entirely.

We had to leave because sour he’s was dirty. The sheets had hair and dirt all over them. The floor was horrible and the tub even worse

Ok first off the rooms faucet to the sink was leaking everywhere in my room 211. It was ridiculous.. I cleaned it up using my towels.. I decided to stay another night after considering going next door instead, I stayed. I asked for more towels and explained and told the front desk about the sink leaking everywhere. They didn't care and told me there were zero towels. Very disappointed.

There was nothing I liked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Moved rooms 3xs. First room, the door handle was coming off, dirty sheets, hair in the bed. Second room, no headboard, burn holes in the sheets. Hotel overall was sketchy.

We went to our room and saw a man walking into it. He said it was his room. I returned to the front desk and they weren't aware someone was in that room. It was very uncomfortable and time consuming after we already checked in. We had to walk quite a distance to remedy the situation. Plus, you were very limited to one serving in what you could get for breakfast and the items were minimal.

The experience was horrible. Trash all over the parking- the room had a red stain on the bathroom wall that I was able to rub off with water. I cannot believe they are allowed to stay in business with the property so dirty. Be warned

Bed bugs confirmed!! Checked and Found them before I even stayed. Staff did refund money.. Gross!

Bed bugs, unclean rooms, it was just disgusting. We booked another hotel to get out of there.

The hotel is very close to the rental cars, so location is good. Disappointing room as the tub was grungy the tub tap and shower head were on crooked and loose, which is probably why it consistently leaked. The exterior of the rooms looked slummy and the light in the stairs didn't work. The worst part of the room is that the desk did not have a chair and there was NO closet or hanging space. There was absolutely no place to hang anything up! So the pants go on the desk and the shirt gets placed over the bathroom door to stretch out the wrinkles. Also, they allow dogs. There was a pit bull on the same floor that barked when I walked by their room but was too far from my room to hear it. This was a Motel 6 and still had the Motel 6 sign but recently bought by the "Airport Inn". I would NOT stay here again. Directly across the street is a very clean looking Econo-Lodge. It's also next to a Holiday Inn Express.

I got to the motel after prepaying a reservation with for a non-smoking unit. The room I got was terrible, reeked of cigarettes, door did not seal, bed was nasty. Went back and asked for a second room, was told by the staff (who was shift changing) she would upgrade me. I got to that room and the smoke detector was chirping. I offered to fix it on my third trip to the office. When the replacement battery didn't work, I called Orbitz to start a refund process. Here's where it gets interesting. The hotel said because I was on the phone with Orbitz and passed some magical fifteen minute threshold, they would not refund me. They believe I was informed of this rule because I accepted key envelope that said it in small print among a lot of adverts, was never told a thing. Orbitz "tried" and said the could not get me a refund, so I had to file it with the CC company. Each call about an hour, at least four calls in total. If you want to save yourself a lot of money, stay somewhere else. This place is a ripoff and you will regret staying here.

While housekeeping has the ultimate responsibility of cleaning after each guest this unfortunately did not happen for room 324 as while trying to load a tissue box in the dispenser a syringe fell to the floor. My grandson could have easily stuck his self with this needle used but who knows what. I have decided to take this information to the BBB and health department this was a big risk and someone needs to possibly CLOSE THIS HOTEL DOWN PERMANENTLY

After a long drive and having an early flight the following morning there was no time or energy to look for a different hotel, but I regreted it the minute I pulled the sheets back. Not only was the receptionist rude the room was even worse. The mattress was stained and the sheets were dirty. I had to place a towel under me to sleep in it. Once I layed down there was ano oder to the mattress that was unpleasant. Overall, the worst overnight stay at any hotel.

I picked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. I figured it wouldn't be the best so I had already planned on it not being great. I had no idea. The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Every inch of it. It was so overpowering that I could not sleep. It was coming in from the door from smoking outside. There were a lot of residents that seemed to be having a lot of problems as well. There was screaming and yelling all night long. Needless to say, it was not a pleasant night. If the room had been clean and smelled all right I could of dealt with the yelling and door slamming. I could not get past the smell.

Came in at 12:30am from airport had called hotel directly and set a shuttle pick up time. Nice close location between 2 larger economy hotels and a little ristorante at the corner for breakfast. The Staff was very nice and accommodating. The Hotel smoke alarm in the lobby was beeping for low battery and the building itself is very dated and had obvious deferred maintenance . There is no elevator available. The room was very basic. TV and wall heater worked. bed was ok, no head board, just mattresses pushed against the wall. The shower/tube was all cracked and rusted out. I was only there for a few hours so I decided to pass. If your a self-confident seasoned, no thrill traveler it beets sleeping in the airport. There was coffee available in the lobby in the morning!

The rooms were dirty, the staff was rude, there was beer bottles and trash in the stairways. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they like the smell of smoke and alcohol.
