Staff was very cooperative.
When we checked in we were given a room with mold on the ceiling and cockroaches. The elevator looked someone had been murdered in it and was not cleaned the 4 days we were there. The upgraded room was cleaner but not stocked with towels or supplies. If the other hotels were not booked full we would have left.
I lined it. Easy check in and check out. The only thing is that there was no early check in and i had gotten there earlier than expected.
