very nice stay, despite the remodel in progress. My room door wouldn't shut, so they fixed the door right away.

The front desk lady was very nice. It was a very pleasant stay.

Facility is under construction and hallway signs direct you to a room that is not clearly there. I asked the front desk during check in where the exercise room was and was told down the hall. I woke up the next day fully dressed to workout to nothing.

Seems that the staff assigned to clean rooms was a bit off, didn't do anything the first day. Second day made the beds, took the dirty towels; but didn't leave clean ones. Still going through a remodel. All in all clean and comfortable room for the price

The hotel needs to be cleaned better. Hotel its self dirty Breakfast area unclean furnishings and area. Room could be cleaned better.

I switched rooms twice, once because the TV didn't work in one Room and the 2nd time the toilet leaked on the floor then the next day you can see the hotel 1st 4 was under Under construction. the staff was nice but on professional.

They advertised a free airport shuttle, however even though the van is parked out front, shuttle service didn't start until 0430. Had to call a cab ($20) to make my 0500 flight.

Had a slight problem with the tv..hotel staff upgraded our room immediately.

Front desk staff were courteous during both check-in and check-out. The shuttle driver was very polite helping me with my bags.

We signed up for a hotel shuttle with the four of us and ended up having to take two different cabs and almost got us late to the airport. The staff was nice but the building was in very poor condition

The carpet was extremely filthy and room had terrible odor. When getting into the shower - the floor was covered in dirt! My other family members actually checked out of the hotel after 1 night. I understand the hotel is renovating rooms currently and working on changing this.

Although bed linens/towels were clean, they smelled of smoke. The carpets in room and hallways were stained and sticky to walk on. The tv stand was broken so the tv was crooked. There was old food in the refrigerator.

Don't waste your time with this place! The staff were very rude! Was told over the phone that this location would let me park for free during my flight out of the country and the lady at the front desk was very rude in denying this service once arrived. Also, this place is very nasty!!! The carpets are so stained that they couldn't be considered green anymore. This was true for the first floor and the second.

I will NEVER stay at this La Quinta again. My first clue should have been the stains on the carpet in the hallways. The sink still had hair from the last guest. The bathroom counter was gritty because it had not been cleaned for a long time. At check out, the person behind the counter could not print me a receipt and there was no one to help him.

I have no complaints will stay there again, it was close to where I needed to be and in an area that benefitted me

I just needed a clean, comfortable, quiet hotel room for two nights while In St. Louis on business. Got it at LaQuinta.
