The room did not have a luggage rack. We were advised to put our suitcase on our bed or chair. The desk chair was broken, refused to replace. There were not enough pillows, we were refused any additional. The internet was down & I had work to do. The front desk clerk could not have cared less, offered no solution. I suggested that maybe I should go somewhere else and they were fine with that. I have never expericed such poor customer service.
Never stayed somewhere that was so dirty and strange. Our door wouldn’t open, come to find out a lot of the door knobs were put on upside down so had to open the door a special way, very weird.

Staff was friendly. First room we received had an a/c that wasn’t working. Second room had an outlet without a face plate, dirty carpet, no hot water. Staffers at the Burger King next door outside smoking pot. Not the best clientele.
Very poor lighting on outside due to electrical problem. Room was filthy!!!!!! Floors were nasty, stayed there 8 days and housekeeping only left us with one coffee pack. Walls very thin, could hear everything the neighbors were doing and I mean do mean everything. Under side of the beds was full of dirt, dust and cobwebs.
I need a refund on this stay the room was filthy. Pee on the toilet, it clearly was not vacuumed, hair in tub/shower. Orbitz needs to address this since I cannot do so with the property.

Great service friendly room was clean and loved the bed and the decor of The executive suite was lovely for me with mine. We will be back again and the plus for me is free parking with breakfast buffet and that a plus for me thank you so much for your kind Hospitality it was greatly appreciated when we got off the road from a 8 hour trip and just want to go straight to you room.
They had ants in our room and didn’t clean our room
I really liked the free shuttle to/from the ampitheatre. All staff seemed friendly/helpful. A con was the drapes in bedroom, the heavy drapes were on a short rod on each side so they were designed to NOT be closed so sunlight could not be blocked out (sheers went across on adifferent rod). The pool room smelled VERY chlorinic, enough that it turned me off from wanting to use it.
Staff was very pleasing to deal with. All very nice and very easy to converse with. Many kuddos go out to them.
Next to a landfill. Staff never cleaned the room. Shower had mold. Very dissatisfied. Bad reflection on Orbitz. May not use again.
located in a good part of town. Easy access from the highway. Although the breakfast left a lot to be desired. When it was served everything was cold.
Stayed here for concert. They offer shuttle to and from concert venue. Staff was friendly and helpful. Property is easy to find with easy I-70 access. It also has a well stocked c-store next door with a subway and burger king with. Will certainly stay here again

First of all, thank you for the kind words about our staff. However, I apologize for the negative experiences that you had. We are working to improve those elements across the board. As for the neighbors, that is difficult for us to control, but we will speak to their management and see what can be done.

We are sorry that you had such a bad experience. As for the electrical problem, it has been corrected. But your experiences with improperly cleaned rooms is inexcusable. I will be coaching our staff based on this and we will endeavor to improve this situation in the future.
