The check-in was smooth. They place a $50 per day hold on your credit/debit card for incidentals which you get back after check-out. The room was immaculate. I loved that the living room was separate from the bedroom. The bathroom is really small but other than that the room was great! There's a skywalk that connects to the Horseshoe Casino. That was great because I could easily access the restaurants and bars at the casino. The hotel does have a parking lot in front of it that's free and there's free parking at the garage that's connected to the casino. Overall the hotel was good; however, one set of elevators weren't working which caused an inconvenience and I wasn't able to connect to the Wifi.

This is 2.5 star hotel, not 4 stars

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Ants on the wall rusting on the fixtures dirty walls. Mold in the bathroom Dirty sheets with stains. It’s appalling

I appreciate the close proximity to the arch and many other areas of interest. I love the beautiful and expansive lobby space. The rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable. Some of the public spaces seem slightly run down or in need of repair or attention that may have fallen by the wayside during the pandemic. Some of the couch cushions in the lobby area were dirty and had cigarette burns in them, the drywall looked like it had been run into with luggage carts and needed repairs and the elevators needed sweeping. I had visited this property years ago and it was not only more well maintained at that time, but the hotel seemed much more lively and cheerful at that time.

Great location! Nicely kept hotel! Definitely book!

Elevator broken, its was ok at best. Not what we expected from a Casino hotel.

Nice place. We slept very comfortably the beds are wonderful and the hotel is quiet.

I like the hotel overall I think the room was just it was clean but it was a bit smelly like wet carpet and it may be un easy to Sleep no microwave a coffee maker no coffee pot

I liked the access to the casino. The manager, kitty, did everything she could to make the stay better. The hot tub was not working. The first room I stayed in had a used wash cloth and an open soap. The second room had a huge hand print on one of the mirrors.

Overall everything was cool. We had a beautiful nice size room. The hotel was nice. And the food was great. 💋💋💋

It was nice you could walk directly into the casino and had a living room, but it’s a bit run down and the added $20 a night fee you pay there above what you pay through Orbitz was a bit annoying.

While the staff was very nice and helpful we had to move rooms because of the pot smell was so strong. We noticed it first when we got back from site seeing and called down to the desk to let them know it smelled but it wasn't us. Then we went to dinner and got back and I about threw up it was so strong. They moved us to a different floor but the overall up keep of the hotel needs some major attention. It's pretty bad when your telling one of the staff what happened and they say "I'm so sorry. Unfortunately it was probably someone on staff went into your room to smoke up."

The vent in the bathroom had a thick layer of dust on it. There was mildew in the tub. The overall look of the property needs to be updated and was not beautiful or welcoming. There were no movie channels that offered movies without commercials.

The room that were designated as non-smoking still smelled of smoke. We had the room sprayed, which was good for a monent, but it really did not work. My husband noticed that the vents were filthy. He called the front desk and they sent maintenance, who cleaned/changed the filters. They looked as if they weren't changed for months. The bed sheets/pillowcase had stains on them when we checked in. The bath room was nasty. The shower had hair on the walls and mildew along the bottom of the shower walls. The The entire time spent in this hotel was bad.
