The front desk staff was amazing. She brought up fresh linens instead of making me come down to get them. She was also extremely friendly.

We could hear our upstairs neighbors when in the bathroom, several lightbulbs were out, things unplugged…needs to have better overall management. The staff seemed to be doing the best with what they have, but I think they’re put in a position to fail. We won’t stay here again.
The hotel stay was nice and conveniently located to airport. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was timely and extremely convenient. Great place to stay if you have 4 or less people. However. The only negative comment is the pull out bed/couch was awful, thin mattress and terribly uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the mattress.

Clean & easyto get in and out of. Facility was newer and well kept. Beds were great and the pillows.
David went way beyond to assist us with all of our questions. Such a fantastic young man and a GREAT first impression. And Martha was so lovely at the breakfast station we had to hug her. Breakfast had a ton of options. Room was mostly clean but i am a neat freak. We will be back.
Staff was very supportive and treated me great! I got checked in earlier because I got there earlier than expected and they worked with me to make it easy for me.
Every staff member we spoke with was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The bed may have been the most comfortable bed in existence.
