Great value at this hotel. We came for a funeral and a one night stay over a week-end. I was impressed with the friendly staff and the complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of healthy food. We used our Honors points and were very satisfied with the value we received from this loyalty program.

The hotel is very easy access to the airport. Good service by front desk staff. The experience was typical of a Hampton. Good beds, clean rooms and a nice breakfast. Overall, i rate the experience a very good one. The rate was also in a range that was acceptable. Used a roll away in it fit the needs of our family very well. This was a leisure stay, but i usually stay at Hampton's on business as well.

In addition to a clean and well kept environment, the staff at the Hampton were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and tasty. It was a very pleasant experience. The fitness center was clean as well. It was also tastefully decorated.

When I arrived I was told my room wasn't ready. The guy at the desk asked if I wanted another room. I told him that would be fine, but I needed one close to the elevator. After checking, he discovered there wasn't another that met my needs and decided to go up to the room to see if it was ready. I waited maybe five minutes and he came back down and told me it was ready. Later, there was an issue with the deadbolt on the door. The door wouldn't close and I had to jiggle it a few times to get it to work properly. At one point I was afraid I wouldn't get it to close, but it eventually did. I called the front desk about the deadbolt and she offered to move me to another room, but that would have been too much of a hassle, plus I was tired from the drive. She said it would be taken care of the next day. When we made it back to the room after being out all the next day, the deadbolt was fixed. There was not another issue with it while we were there. THANKS! I do understand that nothing can work properly every time, all the time. Everyone I dealt with was professional and did exactly what they told me they would. I really appreciated that. The staff was friendly and the room was extremely clean. This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in town and it will continue to be.

Hotel was nice. Room clean comfortable bed arrival was was nice easy check in. Parking is an issue had to park behind neighboring hotel. Need to reserve enough for their guest and let people who are parking for flights park at the back of lot

We arrived at the hotel about 10pm and left the following morning at 9am. I used the Hilton Honors app on my phone to book the room while we were traveling...made check in a breeze! The room was clean and had everything we needed. A/C in the room was a bit loud for someone like me who is a light sleeper, as it shut off and on all evening keeping the room nice and cool. Hubs and kids slept perfectly of course! Breakfast was very fulfilling, serving omelets, sausage, pastries, waffles, assorted fresh fruits and yogurts, as well as assorted cereals and juices. The staff this morning in the breakfast area worked hard to keep everything neat, tidy, and very well stocked with smiles on their faces and a friendly hello and goodbye. Well be back again next time we travel to see family in Ks from NC!

My company reserved a room for me here for just one night at the end of my trip so I would be close to the airport. The location is perfect! Rental car return was less than a mile a way with a gas station near by to fill up before returning your car. I had dinner on my drive into St. Louis but I noticed there were several restaurants near the hotel. The check--in process was a breeze and the lady who assisted me was very informative and helpful. She was able to direct me to the gas station and the car rental return. I didn't have to ask about the wifi passcode or when breakfast was served as she gave this info to me as she was checking me in. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was one of the best complementary breakfasts I've had. They had a ton of fun toppings for the waffles like caramel syrup and M&M's along with the typical butter and maple syrup. I'm not usually a fan of buffet style scrambled eggs, but these were tasty. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and up-to-date room/bath, frig and micro, very well done for the price. Less expensive than the Hilton I stayed in downtown. That hotel was great but if I'd known of the quality of this Hampton and I'd had a car, I'd have moved to this hotel a few days earlier. I was in St Louis for 7 nights but only spent 1 night at this Hampton.

Overpriced hotel with parking that is limited so they discourage guests from parking there by jacking the rates to almost twice that of the neighboring parking lot. If you expect a convenient park and fly experience choose another hotel when in St. Louis.

The room itself is very spacious and accommodating for an overnight or extended stay. Check-in/out is very easy and stress free. Eating establishments are within walking distance or if you have a car, there are several restaurants to provide whatever your palet may want.
