Drury Inn & Suites Westport

Many kudos to Marlon, the very attentive night manager, who checked us in and made sure we were welcome and comfortable checking in. The accomodations were fine, no issue with hotel side. One minor complaint, which was NOT Drury Inn fault was noise levels. There was a high School soccer competition, so up until midnight there were many teenagers running halls, while adults (assumed to be parents) were apprentlt chatting up their sports accomplishments by the poolside. It might be helpful to have earplugs available to hand out to tired guests on those sports competition weekends.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel and breakfast was really good!!

The staff here is exceptional, and happy hour is a nice touch.

the hotel room was very clean. I would definately stay here again. The evening drinks and snacks is a great idea.

Visiting friends in st.louis and found this place close to airport and away from traffic

Staff was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. We would book here again.

While the location was farther away from downtown St. Louis than we expected (about 20 minute drive), the complimentary hot breakfast bar and the "kickback" drinks and eats from 5 to 7 p.m. more than made up for that. We were able to fill ourselves on a hot breakfast before venturing out for the day. And one night, we returned in time for our three free drinks, which included mixed drinks and beer. The unexpected surprise was they offered not only chips and dip, but they had hot soup, hot dogs, chicken fingers and a few other things. It was a perfect dinner before we headed out again. I would definitely stay at a Drury Inn again.

Was only in town for 2 1/2 days for business but had an unusual schedule having arrived late and then having our departure time shift. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly as well as helpful and accommodating. I have always had great experiences at Drury Inn and appreciate the breakfast and KickStart that they offer. Its a nice, pleasant place to stay with some great extras too!

It's a great place to stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly and courteous and did a great job of making sure my room met my expectations. They had a great deal on beverages during 'Happy Hour' as well, but I did not partake because there were so many people already in the dining area.

Hotel was dated but still in nice condition. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel is being readied for remodel but was very clean and comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Food very good, an overall good experience and will use this location again in the future.

Lobby looks great and staff was super nice but it ends there. Sheets were not clean and neither was the floor - uck! Also avoid being near the elevator unless you like the exceptionally load floor bells and buzzing sounds.

Staff very good. Room was noisy and carpet not clean. Would look elsewhere next time.

Nice room, frindly staff, good food

I had post operation check up with my oral surgeon and mostly to go with my daughter in search for "THE" perfect wedding dress for her St. Louis wedding in March of 2010. I talked with the staff about some of my concerns. This Dury Inn is about 25 or so year old and really in need of some major updating... the t.v. was dark and needs replacing.. perferbably to flat screen.. I didn't get a newpaper that usually get at my door when I stay at other Dury Inn's... I like to drink my coffee and read the paper in the morning.. U.S.A Today is good to get a quick over view. The staff though was WONDERFUL and very curtious and friendly as well as helpful.. I had several very nice conversations with them. I felt very safe in the location. Things were clean and tidy. For my purposes I found the location ideal making it easy for me to get to the variety of places I needed to be. The happy hour is always a plus for me as well as the morning breafast bar... just right! I would stay there again. Just needs to be updated -- replace the t.v.'s and those God awful bedspreads.. and provide a morning newspaper.

Great breakfast and evening snacks and drinks. Free WIFI and long distance are great perks as well.

The staff made all the difference.

All the staff tried to meet the customer's needs and were quite friendly. A pleasure.

This was very easy to find. Right off the interstate. I would stay there again. P.S. I received 3 tickets to happy hour upon arrival......not too shabby !!! Warm Regards
