Room was clean, bed was not especially comfortable. Hotel itself was very unkempt, entry way had trash around the outside and door glass was very dirty, not a welcoming appearance.

Hotel was clean. Staff was very nice. Room was big and bed was comfy. My only concern with the room was it could have been a little cleaner. We had a good stay and it was a good location for our visit.

clean nice room, good service, hot breakfast, near hospitals and shopping.

Close to Hospitals, businesses, shopping and restaurants. Great location in West county, without much traffic. Good hot breakfast, room service, list of local restaurants that deliver, patio over looking the courtyard and pool. Quiet and clean. What a value in an area that has much higher priced hotels that offer less. Will stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

We just stayed overnight. Suite same price as King bed room so took a suite. Bathroom, living room, bedroom. Very roomy. The furniture was very outdated, the decor was dated. The furnace/ac didn't fully cooperate. One of those hot during the day, cool at night deals so needed both functions. Hot water was only tepid in our room. The breakfast was great, the dining area very nice. The night clerk was very congenial and their lobby was decked out in fun Halloween gear. Very welcoming and upbeat.

Dirty room, people next to our room smoking marijuana smoke rolling into our room from under adjoining room, even though 7 am breakfast food was chewy, housekeeper went through our suitcases although don't think anything missing, had to call and ask for towels and coffee although stayed 4 nights.

The Days Inn St. Louis-Westport, MO was a fabulous hotel in our price range. It is centrally located 20 mins from The Magic House in one direction, and 20 mins from the St. Louis Zoo in another direction. The staff is so nice and the room was amazingly comfortable; our kids slept soundly both nights.

the hotel was ok. I didn't spend much time just a 4hour nap and two showers. The towels were paper thin. If I had to spend any more time in St. Louis, I would not recommend.

This is the second time I've stayed at this property. I visit family in the St. Louis area at least 2-3 times per year. Family is out in O'Fallon MO but if available I take in a Cardinals game downtown. Truly meets my needs re: proximity to the places I will be going. We had issues with one or both of our keys not working everyday, which was frustrating. The one night we had returned from the ball game, were hot and sweaty and when went to desk there was a line...at 10 PM. The clerk was terribly slow and in my opinion was too chatty given there were, after me, now at least ten folks waiting. I understand the need to by personable with each and every guest. But I think guests would understand and you can even say--"I'm sorry, I really would enjoy chatting more but I have other guests waiting." To my mind, as long as the folks are checked in, given direction re: getting to the room, and receive answers to any pressing questions, the clerk should wish them a good night or invite them to return in the morning with any further questions/needs, etc.

The room was amazing, and I loved the complimentary breakfast.

My stay here as always is the best. Staff very friendly & helpful!

I have to stop from a road trip and they only have a SMOKING-ROOM, but all the towels, bed blankets smelled like cigarette, early in the morning smelled like marijuana, very upsetting

Overall it was a good experience. Some wall paper was peeling in the bathroom. Tub had big nicks out of it. Ice machine was out of order. Continental breakfast was good.

There was lots of paint fumes and dust in the air, due to carpet removal; which no one informed upon arrival. Had to find out the hard way! Found signs taped on the entrances off the parking facility informing guest about the inconvenience. The Hot Water wasn't hot!; lukewarm at best. I stayed in the Managers Special. The Breakfast was good; along with a clean dining area and lobby. Some staff appeared to be friendlier to other patrons and not so with this person writing to you. I expected more, but didn't quite get it.

I had a wonderful stay at the Days Inn in Westport. Room was very clean, bed was made everyday while I was gone and everything worked as it should expect for the bedroom tv in the suite I stayed in. The tv would turn on but you couldn't change the channel with the remote. I also didn't have a mini fridge, but these are just small things that weren't too important. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely stay again.

I spent six days at this facility and was happy with my stay. Upon arrival the attendant checking me in was very friendly and professional. He engaged in conversation and made a point to explain the Hotels amenities and willingness to help with any issues. The room was not extravagant but was everything I needed. The hot breakfast was good also. I would stay here again.

My room states that it's has a king bed and let out couch, the couch let out into a bed just didn't have enough room for it to fit so every had to squeeze into the king size bed. The elevator didn't work

The hotel was clean and fresh, the stairwell looked as though they were doing some updating. The staff was nice as well except Sunday when I went to check out, when I asked for a receipt the lady was busy in her cellphone and told me it was in my email, which I still don't have. The breakfast left a little to be desired, they ran out of food both mornings we tried to eat and the oatmeal was cold.

My wife and O had a good stay, good value for the money, staff was nice. Breakfast was good.

I was very impressed with this hotel. I came up the night before my surgery and was very comfortable. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and called up to the room to check if I was comfortable.
