The hotel smell, rooms are dirty, bathroom were in need of updates ( bath tub was slow to drain plus it had standing water in tub when we arrived.

This place I book an got there no rooms lady was very rude did not want to help drove 5 hr to get there was on a trip so I had to drive an find a place an that cost me more still waiting on my money back

Staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was very noisy, slamming of doors, people running above your head all night. It is older but kept pretty decent and clean. Nice amenities such as grab and go breakfast (pastry, fruits, oatmeal, protein bars, coffee). The dark roast coffee is excellent and they give 3 nice creamers to use. Remember, some people live here. Met nice people. Felt pretty safe in this area.

In a remote area, but good for a night of sleep. Very quiet and room kept up nice compared to other Extended Stays.

The hotel was very nice on the outside, however, it was very dated and grungy inside. I had to wait over an hour after check in until they got a room cleaned and available. The WiFi did not work, they wanted you to pay in order to get an upgraded secure connection so it's not free. My daughter was sick and needed a Sprite, however, all of the vending machines were sold out of every beverage. I guess the old adage you get what you pay for is accurate.

The rooms were clean but a little small. The location was great. The rooms were just refurnished and everything was great. Might be a little too much for how small the rooms were but everything went great. Would definilty stay here again.

This particular Extended Stay was not up to the same standards that I received at other Extended Stay hotels. The rooms were small and had an old dingy appearance. I need not say anything more than this place has bedbugs. I will give the staff credit. They were prompt in moving us to another room and comp'ed our stay. But who wants to deal with bedbugs?

Me & my husband stayed in this hotel several times this year for baseball. Nice and safe place. A nearby gas station and convenient store. A good parking space.

The best by far. We enjoyed every bit and the staff was wonderful

Upon check in I was told that three days wasn't long term so I would not get a room cleaning or house keeping during my stay. If I needed to triad in anything , I would have to bring it to the counter. That's all bathroom and room towels. I was told that I would have to take the trash to the dumpster myself. Once I got to the room the furniture was out dated by at lest 20 years and I might as well had a smoking room since that all I could smell. The complimentary breakfast was a mufffen and coffee. I would not stay here ever again

Highs: Looks good on outside. Ample parking, clean lot. Clean laundry room. Free WiFi internet. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom. Nice shower. Nice laundry room. Lows: Power outage occurred within that block- no announcement, assistance offered, no compensation, no coupons given in response. Had to kill a cricket and some other kind of crawly thing. A broken desk table in the room/propped up. Filthy floor and carpet (except bathroom). Stains in the bed comforter. Floor boarders were loose from the floor and just sitting in the floor. Slow internet speed. AC unit probably needed filter change and had a slight mildewy odor in the air. Had to hop out of shower get dressed real quick to open door for housekeeping because she said they require signatures when a guest refuses housekeeping (meaning they don't come back later).

Everything was great!! Will book again pretty soon

This hotel is not to the standards that an average extended stay hotel usually is. The first room they offered me wreaked of urine, and was so dirty. The second room, i reluctantly took, was still dirty...From the walls to the floor! I have stayed at many extended stay hotels, and I was shocked it didn't have a full kitchen. Another crazy thing was their was no silverware, or cooking utensils. It was just a mess, and their was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The carpet was extremely old, tattered, and stained. I definitely wouldn't recommend! Also, all the towels need to be replaced because the clean ones were stain filed...it was just very very very gross!

I believe there was to much going on near by for the staff to be focused on there customers. We were near where all the rioting was going on. Not to say it was to far from everything that we wanted to see.

Friendly staff, Clean room. Short to restaurants and to the concert at verizon Wireless Amphitheater.

I stayed for 3 nights, the room was decent. It was a pleasant stay in the hotel. Restaurants, shopping mall, Cinema Theaters are all close by to the hotel. It's a good and decent hotel to stay.

Check in was great. Staff was very efficient and knowledgeable. No problems at all with reservation and prepay. Room was clean and comfortable.

Good location. Clean functional room. I am a frequent traveler who is always looking for a nice clean room for a cheap price. That's what I found at Extended Stay. Nice clean comfortable room in a good location.

For the price no complaints. However, I had a nonsmoking room and it smelled like smoke and found cig butts next to the window. Internet was't great but worked. Overall not the best but I've had worse.

Good sleep and time away and the room was nice and staff was friendly.
