Conveniently located and beautiful. Parking is secure & convenient.

Great Location with strong amenities nearby. Attractive, well maintained property

Beautiful, everything was beautiful, nice, and clean. All friendly staff as well.

Other than the cleanliness of the room, we were pleased. Check-in was quick and easy, the hotel parking deck provides ample, affordable parking and easy access to the hotel, the public spaces are bright and spacious, the business center had a working computer and printer, the 'to-go' breakfast that is offered due to COVID was super easy to order and pickup, the room temperature was easy to maintain and the room was generally quiet. We just had quite a few issues with cleanliness in our room (large clump of hair in the tub, pieces of food and garbage on the floor and some type of paper towel/tissue stuck on the ceiling). Of course, when big things like this are missed, you start to wonder just how much effort was placed into cleaning the entire room.

This is our go-to when we travel to St. Louis. The hotel is beautiful and renovated in ways that retain its classic look and design. The hot breakfast is balanced and has great service. Our room wasn't accessible by all the elevators, which was a little odd. We walked around trying to find it, which was a little frustrating with a sleeping baby. We'll be back.

All of the staff are friendly and pleasant to interact with. They make you feel at home.

It was beautifully designed and reminded me of an old Hollywood looking hotel you see in the movies with a grand staircase and large chandeliers but modern. The breakfast was fantastic amd I am glad we chose to eat at the hotel.

Breakfast was good ! The hotel walls / doors are SUPER thin. you can hear inside the room next to yours and they put us in the wing doing construction, so after like 9am every day, even on a sunday, they were hammering away a few doors down and was pretty bad, the shower was clogged and drained at like 5%, so 3 men had to stagger our showers so we didnt bathe in each other's filth. OTHER THEN THAT, the staff was awesome! the location was nice and breakfast was nice.

Staff superb and friendly. Property was old and in need of renovation. Sink and bathtub drained very slowly. Parking was painful. Great location

Positives... Wood/ceramic floors, no carpet in room Large, portable, magnifying makeup mirror Charger outlets in bed frame Reading lights on bed frame Large closet Nice desk area Great towels Clean room Negatives... ‘Tired’ furniture Very poor lighting in the rooms Uncomfortable pillows

Good location, comfortable accommodations. The free breakfast is great!

The Hotel was nicely situated. Everything was nice and appropriate.

About 20 mins from Downtown and the Arch etc. otherwise extremely good

I liked that it was downtown, close and easy to get to many things.

The only negative issue is that they need more elevators

The location was ideal for our plans. The room was older but nice. Other, than my shower control did not work properly. We could not find a table in the lobby or any common area where the 4 of us could play a game of cards. Restaurant attached had adequate breakfast. We did not use the pool area. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean.
