the only uncomfortable experience was that the drainage to the bathtub was very slow. Reported it to management and it was taken care of.

Banquet for reunion was very well done. Food was good, very attentive staff, etc. I could see that some updates had been done in the hotel. Our room was ok.

When we walked into our first room, there was a moldy odor. We were given a new room, which was fine. We were disappointed in the restaurant. Staff, however, was very friendly and helpful.

The first room we entered had never been cleaned or bedding changed since previous guest. Situation was rectified.

Easy to get too, close too shopping and good places to eat

There was a painter in our room when we walked in.. There was dry urine on the seat, the sink leaked, the tub was clocked and the air conditioner quit 3 hours into the night... my child was sleeping so it was too late to do anything about it

Adequate. Nothing bad, but nothing special. We would use this motel again, if circumstances took us through Watertown.

The hotel appeared to be very old and in need of some upgrades, the shower head was loose and was to low for a 6 foot tall person. It would have been nice to have had a small refrigerator in the room as well.

We thought it was very dated. Needs. Reno room and hallways were dirty the lobby was good and the gym was awful

Hotel was easy to find and had many choices for restaurants nearby. Beds were comfortable and quiet.

booked a room with 2 queenbeds.the room was dark and very damp, the carpet and the bedding, was not a enjoyable sleep.we though breakfast was included but was quickly told,no voucher no breakfast.would i stay here again no.for $132 a night i expected more. that has put me off ramada's !! location was good right of the hyw

Place could use an update but great location for shopping. Central to everywhere.

The carpet needs to be replaced. Other than that everything the room was great.

The third night, a return after flying out of Watertown, I was assigned a much nicer room and with that room, I would certainly rate my stay much higher. It was cozy and comfortable. The hotel is across the highway from the shopping mall. There are many restaurants nearby but must drive to them.

I found all the employees very nice, helpful and friendly. The hotel is old, so décor could be upgraded but my room was clean and comfortable. This room was superior to the first two nights' lodging there at the beginning of my trip to catch an air flight from Watertown to Chicago.

The hotel room was very nice. I like the size of the room and the beds were very comfortable. There was an ironing board and iron in the room which came in handy when I unpacked and my clothes were wrinkled. We were very disappointed though that on our last visit here which was very short, we had a refrigerator and on this, a four night visit, we had no refrigerator. Having a refrigerator would have made our stay more enjoyable because we brought drinks, expecting to be able to chill them. (There was a cabinet in the room that seemed like it was made to hold a refrigerator.) One problem with the location of the hotel is that making a left-hand turn out of the hotel towards several stores and restaurants can be difficult because there is no signal light at this point and you are watching for traffic from both directions. Early in the morning is not hard getting out but getting out later in the day can be. So although the hotel is easy to find once you get off Route 81, we will be looking for a hotel that is easier to get in and out of and closer to the shopping and Starbucks.

The rooms were clean ,neat & tidy, The staff were friendly & willing to offer suggestions re places to eat & where to visit. All in all an enjoyable experience . Don & Judy

I booked this hotel room to visit my fiancé at Fort Drum. The decor is old- everything is maroon or burgundy and the elevator is old (looked like the door to a supply closet instead of an elevator) but room was very clean, the bed clean and comfy. The location is great because there are several restaurants and a mall right across the street but the hotel is nice and quiet. We ate breakfast there (delicious food) in their dining room and dinner during the Super Bowl at their bar (bartender and cook were very friendly) and the food was very good. There wasn't a fridge or microwave but there was a jacuzzi tub, even if it was an old tub. I would stay there again because of the food and location, but nothing fancy.

Due to a family emergency I found myself in need of a hotel room that fit my budget. While this was listed as a 3 star, I honestly can't figure out why. The overall feel of the hotel is outdated and in need of a remodel. Rugs were dingy, there were a variety of insects found in room daily and the halls and rooms had an unpleasant smell. The staff was courteous and helpful during our stay though and that made up for some of the lack of aesthetics.

For the most part the Ramada served the purpose we needed--a place to sleep the night before an event. However, there were three drawbacks. The biggest was that, while this is a NON-SMOKING hotel, if we turned off the air conditioner we could still smell the leftover smoke from when the room we were in had been a smoking room....yuck. Second, it was hard to get into and out of the parking lot because of the hotel's placement near a highway on-ramp and right on a busy road. Finally, it just wasn't that inexpensive, considering.....
