We just returned from a fabulous week at the Marriott St Kitts Vacation Club. The property well exceeded our expectations. The 2 bedroom villa was perfect for us with our 2 grown children. It was so spacious and had everything possible we needed. We felt like we were at home. The beach and pools were immaculate and very well maintained. The front desk staff was wonderful, especially Nicola who made sure all our plans and reservations were taken care of. We will definitely be back and will tell all our friends and family about our wonderful time.

We have stayed here many times over the years since it was built. Of course in the first years the rooms, restaurant, lobby, and grounds in general were immaculate. However, now over 10 years later, this property is just as lovely. Our child used to play in the toddler poolfountain area, and now as a young teenager, she skips over this area and swims, sits on the lounge chairs, and still prefers to remain off the beach. The beach area is a nice change but we prefer the pool. The main lobby is a wonderful place to relax. The golf course is nice as well. The staff is very polite and if you need something they will help as soon as possible. The casino is a place to unwind for the adults where we spent some time as well. Night time at the pool is so peaceful.

Price was right and the 2 bedroom rooms were big. Lots to do at the resort. Steakhouse is best value. Order the NY strip. All meat. Employees are very helpful and always have a smile. I would go back.

We have been Marriott Vacation Club owners since 1987 and have visited many of the properties. We were originally scheduled to go to Frenchman’s Cove in St Thomas but the recent hurricanes had closed the Resort so we chose this resort as an alternative. The villas are two or three bedrooms and are on the Marriott hotel property and all hotel amenities are available. There is a smaller but substantial pool (South Pool) right next to the villas. I recommend this pool. It was in better repair and quieter. It is the condition of the villas that drives the average rating. The villas were just OK in terms of cleanliness. The exterior door trims and baseboards show signs of deteriorating and a fresh coat of paint is needed. The hotel property is being renovated but needs a lot of work. Before arriving we were provided a pre order grocery list but don’t bother. There is a small market within walking distance. It is old but it appeared it would be moving to a new building even closer to the property. Would we go back? Absolutely but we would be prepared for the less than Marriott standard.

We just spent a wonderful week enjoying the beauty and comfort of St. Kitts and the Marriott St. Kitts Beach Club. The 2 bedroom villa we had for the week was modern, roomy, and well-equipped, with 2 balconies overlooking the clear, blue Atlantic ocean. Yes, the hotel is undergoing renovations, but it really had no impact on our stay at all. We mostly ate in our villa as the restaurants were fairly pricey, but we did enjoy the more moderately priced Bohemia Beach Pool Bar and Grille. Good food. We walked the 10 minute walk to the small Ram Express grocery store which had plenty of variety and will order in items they may be out of. Or catch a cab to the larger Ram grocery store in town. Everybody is very friendly and helpful, but Claudia and Candace at the resort went above and beyond to solve an issue we had with our villa location. Really, we can't say enough good about our stay, we love St. Kitts, we love the people, and we love Marriott's St. Kitts Beach Club. Beautiful pools, clean beach with plenty of cabanas, and lovely grounds. Taxis are easily available and reasonably priced, so we did not rent a car. But do get out and catch some of the sights on the island. Hop a plane and spend some time in this tropical paradise at this lovely Marriott resort!!

Loved the laid back atmosphere of the Marriott St Kitts. No fighting for chairs at the pool at any point of the day. The beach was beautiful. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice small casino-ended up with more money at the end :) Villas clean and nicely decorated. We originally had the inside villa but then got moved to one with the 2 balconies and that was much better for us because of the separation of the bedrooms and the in suite (larger) bathroom for the guest room. The other has the bathroom across the main hall and it was very small. (This setup would work better for those traveling with children). Very relaxing trip! Will return.

As vacation Club owners we tend to expect Marriott to go the extra step for us, and they almost always do. Our St. Kitts experience overall and in the Villas was perfect for what we were looking for. It’s the very beginning of the season so we knew to expect some construction, fewer guests (and likely a smaller staff) and some closed restaurants. We got what we expected. The hotel lobby bar had opened, but the staff there the first night emphasized the ‘slowly’ in the island’s slogan ‘rush slowly’ as our service was spotty. We chose to skip that bar most of the rest of the trip. The hours for the beach bar ended way too early, but we loved the staff and the drinks. Same for the Pool bar. Our one night for dinner on-site was just so-so. The lobster was good-sized, but I hate salad and dessert bars. The Casino, not run by the Hotel I understand, was slow but well run. Very basic games. The villa was quite nice, all that we could ask for. Because of a wall to secure from the beach, the 1st floor rooms do not have a beach view. We knew that going in. Remember, no elevators for the Villas and some rooms are upstairs. The grounds could have used better grooming. Overall, we would prefer to go back closer to season with all the construction completed, but we loved our St. Kitts and Nevis vacation and it was sort of nice that the resort wasn’t crowded. Hints: *it is more expensive, but we aligned ourself with a single taxi driver who set up our Nevis Trip, including a private boat to the island, and took us on schedule to all our meals and gave us a guided tour. We so appreciated the service provided by Kenroy Johnson of Johnson Transportation. We highly recommend him. *plan to get to the Caribbean side for sunsets most nights. Salt Plange is the best known bar/restaurant for this ritual, but you can just plan to be on the beach anywhere. *the short walk to the Ram grocery store was easy and set us up for the whole week.

My wife and I have just returned from the Marriott Beach Club in St Kitts. We had a wonderful relaxing Vacation! I was tentative about coming after the storms and some bad reviews I read on here. Who is writing these bad reviews?? There were some renovations going on in the main hotel area but nothing that would deter us from going. The whole place was beautiful from our 2 bdrm villa to the wonderful Vacation Club Staff at this Marriott!! The beach was sifted every morning with a tractor so the people who complained about the seaweed are just picky! It was not a problem. Swimming in the Atlantic was awesome!! Crystal clear water! There was a very tiny bit of seaweed floating around but I mean a very little bit. We had great meals at the restaurants in the resort! The new lobby bar is soooo Beautiful and open now!! We would definitely return to St Kitts Marriott!

I was leery about coming to St. Kitts, but much to my surprise the place, the island was delightful! The Marriott Beach Club Villa was grand. It was a few steps from the pools and a short walk to the beach and ocean. The grounds were well kept and with the full moon and the night lights it was a sparkling marvel. Shauna Gilbert, a Cleaning Supervisor, was a great help to our party of 4. She provided ideas for things to do and recommended restaurants, as well as a taxi driver; Triscan Hensley. Shauna checked on us several times during our week's stay. Triscan gave us a tour of the Island - driving from one end to the other and providing commentary and history about St. Kitts. All to soon our week was over, but it is definitely a place we will return to visit. The inside of the Marriott Hotel was lovely although it was going through some up grades. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Eloise at the front desk was personable, friendly, and had a sense of humor.

The St. Kitts Marriott Beach Club is a great caribbean beach resort. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was gorgeous with easy access to two pools. We enjoyed the Bohemia outdoor restaurant and Royal Grill. The weather was fantastic. The new lobby bar opened Oct. 30th and is very contemporary and well designed. We would definitely recommend this resort. A few minor nits: some areas need a bit of TLC sparkle and shine—windows around the fitness area are very filmy with construction dust, the floors and area outside the entrance to the Royal Grille are dull and not attractive. The resort is doing a face lift of construction to keep modern. This was not a distraction.
