Check in was easy. Room temp was perfect. Bathroom too small for 3 people.
The pool opens at 7 am, to the delight of my kids and it was a pretty nice pool. It was really nice that I could watch them from the small gym. The hotel room was very small, and though we don't mind being in tight quarters in general it is getting less comfortable as my kids get bigger. I booked on Orbitz and was under the assumption that the room had 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. It did not, and we ended up getting a rollaway bed, giving us even less floor space. The breakfast was disappointing- a bottle of sunny D, 2 prepackaged muffins (but really cupcakes without frosting), and a banana. The sink and shower drained slowly. The place was very quiet and the ladies that worked there were delightful.

The pool and lobby were wonderful. The whole hotel feels a bit tired. The bathrooms were outdated, the chair in my room had a burn hole in it, the hallways felt drab. Underwhelming.
The staff who check us in was very friendly and helpful. She was always cheerful at the desk, when she brought up a roll-away bed, and when delivering a pillow and pillowcase. Great service!
Loved the pool
I liked the outside doors to the rooms. Could have used more outlets near the beds.
The rooms were clean, but needed to be updated. The carpet was new, but the rooms felt old and the bathrooms were small. The beds and bedding were comfortable and clean. They were repairing/painting one of the stair ways so the hall smelled like sheet rock mud. The carpets had constructuon debris tracked everywhere from the project. We didn’t know about the project when we arrived and thought it was strange that there was so much debris strewn across the carpet leading to our room. The pool area was great. The pool was heated and our kids were able to swim comfortably in the 56 degree January air temps.
I love you been able to walk out to the pool from my room. It makes my stay so relaxing and enjoyable. We had some problems with our door and the staff immediately came and took care of it for us. Young man that checked us in and worked with us was very pleasant and helpful.
Easy check in. Good price. Nice room. Nice amenities. Only disappointment was no breakfast was offered as advertised on the website. Otherwise, good place for a nite's stay.
Had an unpleasant stay. The sliding glass door was off the track leaving a big gap open around the door. It was 113 degrees outside the day we were there. By nite we could not get the room to cool down. We discovered the broken door n called for maintenance. We were told they knew the door was broken. We were given a fan to put by the AC to help move the cold air. In the morning there was no guest coffee downstairs. When I asked about it I was told due to Covid they didn’t hv coffee. This was day 14 of my trip and hotels, and the ONLY hotel that did not offer coffee. The whole experience was just sad.
