Beautiful 3-Bedroom Guest Suite

Located 10 miles north of St. George, in Diamond Valley--a quick 10 minute drive. Three bedroom guest suite in the lower level of our home. A quiet and peaceful rural neighborhood with beautiful starry nights. Minutes from Snow Canyon State Park and Tuacahn Amphitheater. Bike paths, hiking and ATV trails surround the area. Zion National Park is an hour away. A perfect place to relax after a busy day of exploring Southern Utah's scenic beauty.
The space
Large, 1800 square foot, inviting space with its own private driveway and entrance. It is the full lower level of our walk-out basement home-- but it doesn't feel like a basement with 9 ft. ceilings and large windows that bring in light all day. It is completely separate from our living space thus giving you complete privacy during your stay.
Upon entering you walk into the spacious living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave and comes equipped with dishes, pans, cooking utensils, coffeemaker, toaster and a blender. There is seating for 2 at the kitchen island, and seating for 7 at the dining table. There is a desk work space to the side of the kitchen. The living area has 2 comfortable couches, TV, a Blu-Ray player and ROKU TV streaming. The 3 bedrooms each have large closets and the king bedroom has a couch as well. The bathroom has 2-sinks separated from the shower/toilet. Also, a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
We have plenty of parking space and can accommodate a trailer if you're hauling toys.
Guest access
The entire lower level of our home, lower drive and parking area. Lower patio with grill for a relaxing evening bbq, enjoying the views of Pine Mountain or star gazing.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Couldn’t ask for better

The hosts are absolutely amazing and have what can only be described as a perfect rental home. The house is just out of St George enough to be nice and quiet while close enough to get into town for whatever you could need. The house was well equipped for us to cook meals as a family and was extremely comfortable. Anytime we are back in St George area we will definitely be back at their rental. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great option for staying in St George

We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it. It was very large, clean and great communication with the owners. The only downside was it was a little further outside of St George than we thought, but still not too bad.

Loved our stay!

This was a perfect choice for our getaway. Walking in, it felt so inviting and welcoming. The space was immaculate, with comfortable beds and stocked with with all the necessities we needed. Having a washer and dryer is always a plus. The hosts Ron and Mitzi were great to work with and very accommodating to our needs. It was nice to meet them. We would definitely stay here again. Spacious yet cozy home

This home had all the space our family needed. It was extremely tastefully and cozily appointed, the kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The location is not central, but was just a short drive from St. George and an hour from Zion - worked great for us. A word of caution: there are drain ditches everywhere in St. George, and most driveways, including this one, are like a bridge over this drain ditch. Be very mindful pulling into this property.

Wonderful stay, great property.

This was the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Even though it’s the basement of this house, it’s an open daylight basement with 9’ ceilings so it didn’t feel like a basement at all. Really big and spacious. Bedrooms were huge. Everything was newer and in really great shape and everything was absolutely spotlessly cleaned. It takes about 10 minutes or so to get into St. George… but they obviously discount the rate because of that, which is why it’s such a good deal for this space. This will be the first place we check for availability from now on when we visit St. George.
