Room was not clean. It is okay just for a one night stay. Bathroom was also not clean. Breakfast items ran out early and was not sufficient for the guests.

The hotel was fine. Nothing great, but you get what you pay for. The room was mostly clean, The bed was comfortable. The pool smelled like chemicals, but was refreshing. Nice cheap little hotel.

We have stayed at this motel numerous times when it was Super 8, and we like it. But the current management leaves things to be desired: 1. When we arrived the room had not been made up. It was a mess. 2. Tile floor in bathroom & washroom of room 122 was filthy. 3. Continental breakfast was very good. 4. One of the 2 waffle makers was removed from service due to blowing out the electric plug in extension. This action was totally understandable to prevent a fire hazard. Manager said he planned to re-wire the breakfast area so both waffle makers can operate. This is very good. The re-wiring should be very high priority, because with as many people as there were at the motel, one waffle maker simply could not accommodate the demand.

Office staff more worried about the maid questions than mine at checkin. Got to the room and it was already occupied. Requested a room on main floor none available when we got there. Asked if there was an elevator told yes, there is not one. Over all a very bad experience, told the staff were will give a poor rating, they did not care at all. Stay away if you can and stay elsewhere.

The rooms were very outdated the carpet in the hallway is was filthy !!!! And it smelled !!! The people were very nice I just think the hotel needs to be renovated !!

Yes, the rooms are cheap which is very nice. However, unless you are willing to deep clean your own hotel room upon arrival, including vacuuming, then I don't recommend staying here. The staff was nice to let us switch to another room after noticing that our room's toilet hadn't been cleaned and there were stains all over the sheets, not to mention garbage on the floor, some pushed under furniture, but the room we were moved to was almost as dirty. When I opened the ice bucket there was a used tissue inside, the floor had peanuts, bottle caps, crumbs, and bobby pins all over it, and the sheets were itchy. Stains were not on top of the sheets but lining the sides. They looked bodily. Feeling bad that the room hadn't met our expectations after we had been given a new one, we debated for a couple of hours while we searched for other hotels to stay in whether or not we would try to get a refund. I talked to the manager on duty and he said that since it had been two hours he could not give us a full, or even partial refund. He suggested that we go find a $150/night room elsewhere if we wanted something fancy (we didn't care about fancy at all. We are fine with simple, but it was filthy and we were hesitant to touch anything the whole time). We didn't feel the floor was clean enough to take our shoes off at any point. Because we didn't receive any form of refund even after orbitz communicated with the hotel we spent the night. I barely slept. We fled right before checkout.

We were just passing through. We wanted a clean comfortable room at a reasonable price. This was perfect. The breakfast was an added bonus.

I made the reservation through Orbitz, using my Orbitz fund, but was asked to pay again when checking in. I got refunded next morning.

We arrived here late at night (2am) from a flight from Vegas. The hotel staff was patiently waiting for us to arrive as the last check in of the night. He offered us cereal since we planned to leave so early, we'd miss breakfast. Clean, warming hotel. Great value for the price.

We checked in and they gave us the keys but, told us the room was not ready. Later when we came back, opened the door with the keys they gave us and other people were in the room. Gave us another room, next night keys didn't work for our room. Breakfast is a joke, old cereal and donuts with orange juice that tastes like flavored water.

Best value for a budget motel. Clean refurbished rooms,comfortable beds. Nothing fancy, rooms are small but I did not feel like I was in a dump!

Well this hotel has what you pay for... Not bad not good.... Nothing to complain about, the only thing was wifi (signal sucks) but I didn't need it that much, I was there just at night and it was mainly to sleep... Neighbors were quiet but even though, you could listen pretty much everything, ANYHOW I was too tired that I didn't listen anything until I woke up... Breakfast was ok, cereal, waffles, bread, eggs, and coffee & juice... (at least you won't spend $$ for food outside) It was equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and hair dryer... So overall I had a good experience, staff was friendly and hotel was ok... Conveniently located, a lot of restaurants nearby!

Check in staff poor service, room door locks poor, small rooms, outrageous price put a bicycle in room, breakfast poorly stocked. Stained and wore out carpets, I could go on.......

Hotel room was a bit heated, I really didnt like it and I wanted to go to the pool but i did not it because it looked a bit dirty

it was a below par stay

get what you pay for

The hotel was fine. Nothing great, but you get what you pay for. The room was mostly clean, The bed was comfortable. The pool smelled like chemicals, but was refreshing. Nice cheap little hotel.

ok in an emergency

don't bother!!

great place to crash before visiting zion
