Super 8 St Cloud

I am shock to say this since I stayed at Super 8 hotels a lot but this particular hotel should be tore down and rebuild. This is the best thing I can say about this place!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet. I will stay here every time I'm in St.Cloud which is every other weekend. It's close to stores and restaurants.

This is by far the worse Super 8 I and my wife have ever stayed at. Run down, smelled like smoke all over, seen people walking down the hallways with cigs hanging out of their mouth. Front lobby looked like a cheap office with partitions. Very dirty windows, broken screens on the sidewalk from a couple rooms. Honestly don't bother spending your money here. I will never go back here ever. Told the front desk help what we thought and she said ah sorry to hear, like she didnt give a darn. I asked is this a private owned one or franchise and she said private... So there you have it. The rooms here are not worth even 35.00 a night. This place needs considerable updating and change...

Not the nicest place I have stayed but served its purpose for a quick one night stay.

The location was very convenient to the car dealer where I bought my new car, and it had a restaurant within walking distance. The first room that I was given had not been cleaned. The second room had a TV that had captions that could not be removed even though the staff tried.

The hotel was fine for the price wouldn't want to stay more then one night though. My daughter and I were in town for a mini marathon.

the room needs update they need to redo everything in room. the location was in a very good area.

It was ok just to pass thru its good You get what your pay for its very old hotel but if you just going thru not bad for one night

I needed a quick bed for the night and this hotel was available. The lobby and inside hallways smelled like old stale smoke but the room was clean and smelled good.

We really liked the location, the room and breakfast . Would have liked to stay longer.

When we arrived the inside lobby was horrific one person ask if they could help wearing no shoes bare feet the inside had a old davenport the floor was awful dirty. We check out the room and left went to a different hotel

Didn't feel very comforting. Seemed like a sketchy area, and rooms had distinctive odor to them. Old television and inadequate parking.

Very dirty carpet with stains, bathroom was unclean also, I booked this for a business related travel and will regret the decision of booking this. If you just want to crash for a night and have less money for accommodation in your budget than its okay otherwise look for another one.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. I would stay here again. Perkins next door. Mall is across the street and lots of shopping close by.

We had a couple issues here. The hall really smells like smoke bad, our door never locked switched rooms, and the heater never shuts off. Everything else was good. The first hotel we had was better. Thanks

The room was great for the night....... If I would have to stay longer I'm sure I would have like the room as much

Great place for me when i am on the road by myself. No bells and whistles, just a decent place to stay...

The room was comfortable and adequate for the price. My only complaint was a lack of electrical outlets. The room had a double outlet for the television, microwave, refrigerator and lamp (one outlet was on a switch). There was also only a double outlet at the work table for a lamp, coffee maker, computer and phone charger.

On entering the lobby, one first notices that the windows are hazy with dirt except for an oval in the middle that had been cleaned. The halls had a pervasive smell of smoke and the non-smoking room we were assigned had an unpleasant nondescript odor. The carpets were heavily stained and did not look clean. The bed pillows seemed to consist of a rectangular 1 inch thick piece of foam covered by a pillow case. The bed itself produced a chorus of snapping springs when ever my wife or I rolled over. The old television was grainy and the remote did not work. The shower consisted of two settings: needles and mist. The corners around the sink were covered with grime. Although we had a two night non-refundable reservation, we checked out the next morning and moved to a different motel down the street. (The one positive is that the desk staff were always polite.) I had assumed that motel chains maintained a certain level of standards - this was not an exceptionally inexpensive room. It was, however, one of the worst experiences my wife or I have had in over 30 years of traveling. We do not plan to ever stay at this motel chain again.

We were to have a king bed...did not get that but was 2 queen. The room was disgusting...the worst place I have ever stayed! It smelled SO BAD that we didn't even want to spend the night there but had no choice as had paid for it and was not anything around that was available!!! What a waste of our money when we were looking forward to a comfortable stay. This place should not be even on your list of favorable places to stay!
