Reasonably clean, quiet, and convenient to I-95. There are a decent number of restaurant choices with walking distance, though nothing spectacular. The breakfast was pretty lacking, but I don't expect much. Coffee wasn't the best.

As many Floridians, my family and myself also decided to evacuate and it's obvious we needed to make stops to rest. Our family also consist of my dog a bichon 15 lbs. long story short, also hotels such as holiday inn, Hampton inn changed their regulations on pets to be SUPPORTIVE to their customer because their understand family needs, they lifted the pet policy to allow dogs. Meanwhile, Wyndham said I would be fined if they find my dog in the room, so while my wife and kid slept in the room, I slept with my dog in the parking lot on a small car, causing me to drive tires another 8 hours up north and my dog to be stress, from a business to customer relations this Hotel is NOT where you want to go. I didn't even get to experience the comfort they could have brought if they understood people and their pets are one.

Room with carpet stains. Elevators need upgrade. Parking facilities adequate. Breakfast was good. The hotel location safe and quiet.

Quiet area, clean hotel, friendly people and staff, about 20-30 min to the beach and downtown st Augustine and 30 min drive to Jacksonville. Great location if you want somewhere quiet!

An older hotel that was recently remodeled. I would have given it 4 stars but it seemed over priced for this type of hotel and I booked after a through search of hotel deal in the area. It is located adjacent to Outlet Malls and ~10 miles from old St Augustine. Lobby, breakfast area, halls, rooms all nice, clean, and comfortable. Free breakfast about the same as others in this class of hotel. Getting to the hotel from Hwy 95 is a little tricky because they are tucked behind the Denny's restaurant and across a very busy intersection and the freeway overpass.

Overall good experience. Hotel is a little dated. Smelled musty.

we have a pleasant experience. Check in and check out was very easy. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was really good. The only thing I did not like was that although the hotel is no smoking there was cigarette smell right at the entrance of the hotel.

Nice hotel very clean and good staff. Problems they gave me a room that turned out to be a handicap room 220. Did not like the bathroom with it's high toilette. The towels were somewhat course and scratchy. The AC cooled the room but the humidity level was so high that it was only comfortable at 68 degrees. Something wrong with the AC unit. I reported it to the staff and nothing was done. While the flat screen TV had lots of channels they were not in HD. More like fuzzy and dull 480i with the top and bottom of the screen pressed down. Could not read the scoreboard during football games. Then there was the refrigerator. It would only cool down to about 55 degrees. The compressor would come on run for about 2 minutes than stop for 30 to 45 minutes. The temp control was sitting on max. If all the refrigerators in this hotel work like the one in 220 that is a major problem to me. The micro wave oven was very small and hard to control. The morning breakfast was served from 6am to 10am which was really nice. Hot tub was great by the pool.

My husband I had a great time. Staff was fantastic. All areas were clean and spotless. The only thing we didn't like was the egg substitute for breakfast . .,,,.......

The hotel staff could not have been nicer to us during our evacuation from Hurricane Matthew. They remained calm, polite and helpful during a really terrible time. Jerry, the main desk attendant was particularly great. Many Thanks.

Easy to get downtown to St. Augustine. Great hotel for the value!

Thank you that was one of the cleanest and friendly hotels I have been again thank you

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Really enjoy the world pool

When arriving at this hotel the young lady at the desk was very nice and greeted us. Any time I had a question during my stay the front desk was very polite and helpful towards my question. The housekeeping girl was exceptional. Very friendly and polite. Kept our room very clean and helpful when needed. The only thing that I did not care for at this hotel was the breakfast. Not too many selections. The hot breakfast was eggs and sausages everyday. Two types of sausages links and patty instead of two different meats. Besides that, the stay was excellent and I recommend this hotel. Breakfast was a minor issue.

We were looking for a hotel close to St Augustine and found this one. As it happens, many chain restaurants were nearby so after a long day's travel it was convenient to find a place to eat. It was within easy access to both the golf hall of fame and historic St Augustine and an outlet shopping center.

The only issue we had was some of the machines in the gym were not in working order.

Very clean, spacious room absolutely met my expectations for my overnight stay!!!

Very fancy hotel with all the amenities. The room smelled quite musty for some reason.

Our family wanted to go to the beach but couldn't afford to pay for a condo on the beach. We found this hotel and it was perfect. We were 10 minutes from the beach. Great breakfast provided and very clean rooms! The hot tub…Amazing!

Overall a very good stay. Very cozy. Would totally stay there again
