Vibrant Vilano Beach! Welcome to your entertainer’s dream home. This elegant, beautifully appointed 3,200 sq. ft., 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is perfect for wedding parties, reunions, or multiple couples and families looking to spend quality time together at the beach.



Living and Dining Areas

The living room’s 60” HD TV is perfect for gathering to watch movies or listen to music while you whip up a feast and serve it on the carved wood dining table that seats 10.



On the second floor, you’ll find an additional living area, providing extra space to lounge, play games, or unwind. Whether you’re traveling as a group or need a quiet spot to relax, the home’s multiple living areas ensure everyone has room to feel at home.



Kitchen

Cooks will love the open-concept kitchen and living room, featuring a Viking range, Bosch dishwasher, large-capacity fridge, deep freeze, walk-in pantry, and a spacious entertainer's island with a pot filler. The kitchen also offers ample counter space and is fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, stemware, appliances, and tools you'll need.



Off the kitchen, you'll find a powder room and a large dedicated laundry room stocked with pool and beach towels. The garage includes a ping pong table, a beach wagon, and beach chairs for your convenience.



Kitchenette

The upstairs kitchenette is a charming and functional addition, ideal for light meals or refreshments. The fridge, freezer, microwave and mini-stove provide options for upstairs snacking, while the tea station, Keurig and Nespresso machines allow you to make your perfect hot drink.



Workspaces

This home features several workspaces; one dedicated study nook upstairs and two desk areas in upstairs bedrooms. Reliable WiFi ensures you can work or study comfortably.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Upstairs feels like a second home, featuring four spacious bedrooms, a kitchenette, a sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa and a 42” television, and two large double-sink bathrooms.



Bathrooms are stocked with essentials, including shampoo, towels, and soap for your stay.



- Master Suite: The primary King bedroom is off the first-floor living room and features a large spa bathroom with a huge shower and lovely soaker tub. Rest in comfort overlooking the pool or watching the 50” television in bed.

- Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): The Yellow room has a lovely carved queen bed made in Bali and features a whimsical literary and music theme. It has a carved wood desk and a 42” television.

- Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): The Pink room features a lovely queen bed with antiques, floral paintings and appointments by local artists. The Pink and Red rooms are easily accessible to the second large bathroom. Both upstairs bathrooms feature a shower/tub combo.

- Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): The Red room has a plush queen bed with a desk and ensuite bathroom also accessible from the hallway, with a sweet crib alcove perfect for families traveling with infants or toddlers.

- Bedroom 5 (Upstairs): The Orange room is a retro-themed room with two twin beds and a third fold-out option, with a working vinyl record player and an assortment of LPs. Between the Yellow and Orange rooms is a spacious double-sink bathroom.



Outdoor Space and Pool Details

A cozy screened porch off the living room provides extra lounge space and access to the private entertainer’s rear yard, featuring an al fresco dining table, a hammock, a deck, a heated saltwater pool (April 1–October 1), a bubbling spa, and a grilling station with no additional fee. There’s plenty of sun, shade, and space to relax, whether you prefer solitude or spending time with others.



*Please note that the pool is not heated during the off-season, and in colder months, it may not reach the desired warmth.

Getting Around:

The nearest airport, JAX (Jacksonville International Airport), is about 52 miles away. Free parking is available on-site in the driveway, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are convenient for getting around. Explore the area by car, or enjoy downtown’s walkable streets for dining and entertainment.



You will love this home’s location just a block from the sugar sand and surf of Vilano Beach, the fishing pier, and around the corner from the Hyatt rooftop bar, Publix grocery/liquor store, and shops, bars, and restaurants on Vilano Road. It’s only five minutes over the bridge to downtown Saint Augustine and all the ancient city has to offer. This home has it ALL!

- A complimentary cleaning will be provided every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note this is mandatory.

- Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. The property manager can provide complete terms regarding the guest verification. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

- A Pack and Play is available with 48 hours notice.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Guests will need to climb stairs at the house.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 11 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- There is no daily housekeeping, but cleaning services can be arranged for a fee.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Trash cans must be moved to the street on the morning of trash day. Trash and recycling pick-up happens on Fridays, with yard waste picked up on Mondays.

- The pool is heated from April 1 to October 1. Please note that off-season heating is not available, and during colder months, the pool may not reach the desired warmth.

- Pets are welcome with a $250 USD pet fee and a deposit. Guests may bring up to 2 dogs (under 40 pounds each) or up to 2 cats.

- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.
