I stay in a lot of hotels and would not hesitate to stay here again. Rooms are clean, well appointed with comfortable beds. Bar area and outdoor pool are very nice. Great breakfast with options for all. We took a $8 Uber to the historic district instead of dealing with paid parking there. Restaurants within walking distance from the hotel
Voco was a stylish boutique hotel close to all of the tours in St.Augustine. We loved the bar in the evening and the breakfast in the mornings and the staff was personable and most helpful. We would stay here again

This is a hidden jewel! The room and building were lovely. I wonder if this part of St. Augustine had fallen out of favor for a few years as it seems that this area is a little bohemian/grittier. I would highly recommend Voco to anyone—I have a feeling they will be charging more to stay here as people find out about it!
Loved this hotel! It has a boutique vibe. There are plenty of restaurants and bars all within a quarter of a mile, in walking distance. Room was beautiful, clean, and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was super yummy as well. We will definitely be back.
The property and rooms were very nice and clean. However Don, the front desk host, was not very welcoming and seemed to be real put out that we showed up to early for our booking, and let us know that by his attitude. When he had room ready he hollered to me " okay young man let's get moving you are ready to go. We were not trying to rush the guy at all. Also when we got up the next morning there was no hot water. When my wife mentioned this to him , his answer was, I know , no one does ,the power is out. Not an apology or anything. We were checking out anyway so it did not matter. Other than ----- at the check in desk, the place was real nice.
We had booked a room with king bed, we were given two queen beds instead, the manager/owner failed to provide us what we had asked and paid for and he promised us to offer discount to make up for the inconvenience and he did not do it

We just did a 1 night stay and it really was a good stay. The rooms are nice, the staff was incredibly nice and the bed was amazing. My wife and i both got a very good nights rest.

Nice modern, clean stay very close to the downtown shopping, historic district. Enjoyed getting away from it all to sleep, but still convenient and close enough to be able to go back and forth easily. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Has blow dryer and full size bottles of bathroom supplies to use if you forgot anything. Espresso machine and refrigerator in the room. Would stay again.
The hotel was beautiful and the beds were really comfortable! We would’ve given an overall rating of excellent except for our shower wasn’t cleaned and it was big clumps of hair in the drain! Also they said that they would be breakfast but the restaurant wasn’t actually open.
No one came to clean the room; I had to phone to get fresh towels. Restaurant service was very slow, with items on menu not available.
This hotel is in a quiet area, walking distance to the Historic Area. We loved it. It was pristine and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I would go back and stay there in the future.

All the staff were very courteous and friendly this was the best part of my stay a warm welcome. I felt very comfortable and the facilities are recently renovated. The beds are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was basic but the coffee was fresh and hot ! Location is only about 10 minutes from a grocery store, and affordable eats (just over the bridge) because the hotel is on a Main Street I recommend a blindfold and earplugs if you are sensitive to light and noise. Garage parking was wonderful because it was raining when we arrived and very well lit. I would come back again.
