Good hotel for overnight stay. Breakfast is so-so.

Check in was a breeze and the night manager (Ahmed) was extremely helpful and professional. The hotel looked old, but the rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Good price and good location for a meeting I had to attend. For a continental breakfast, they had a pretty good selection.

The staff and the parking was the only thing nice about this place, booked a king size bed, when we arrived they were doing construction in the room next door so I asked for another room, they did accommodate us by putting us in a family suite because of the king size bed but we couldn't sleep on the bed it was so hard, I mean major hard, anyway we slept in the double beds, which were okay, the room was big, kinda clean, just needs to be update.

Nice place to stay close to all the amenities in San Augustine.

Nothing to say regarding this hotel.. Not what I expected.

Staff, location and cleanliness of hotel are fine. Facilities are "tired" and need to be updated

Great location for walking to downtown. Wonderful staff! Very informative about sights. Mel is a delight! Comfortable beds. Lots of breakfast choices. Quiet. Bathroom is tight; my only fault of the room.

best part was that it was close to so much - Ripley's, the Old Jail, the fort, the old town shopping area - we walked everywhere

The only thing nice about this hotel is the location. Upon check in the clerk asked me to go to the room she was flicking me to see if there was anyone already using it. If it was unoccupied I could take that room! Once we got into our room the bathroom was disgusting! Dirty wash clothes hanging from the shower curtain rod, dirty towels on the floor. The bathtub was black! I complained but was told there were no other rooms! I asked for a refund but they denied me saying I had to call orbitz because I made my reservations through them. I am on Day 4 trying to get my money back. The manager is never available! Stay away.

The overall property, if you are looking at an average one, is very good compared to the cost and the location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be better. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, ample parking, and free variety continental breakfast.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. We had 2 beds. 1 was terrible. The carpet was filthy and made the room smell.

Orbitz incorrectly advertised the room and when I called to confirm room arrangements the orbitz agent was also mislead

We stayed in a family suite, room 122. We found the room to be very, very dirty. There are numerous stains on the carpet, smudges of dirt all over the wall beside on of the beds, and the bathtub floor is stained very dark. Part of the bath tub plug mechanism was sitting on the edge of the tub and the chain lock on the door to the room literally fell right off the wall. The mattresses are rock hard. Drawer on nightstand in back bedroom is broken and hanging down. Reddish/brown stains visible on pillow of back bedroom. We arrived late at night and immediately put our tired children to bed. In the morning, after walking on the carpet barefoot for about 2 hours, the bottom of our feet were black from the dirty carpet. Due to a family emergency we checked out and returned home that first morning. Had that not happened, we would have checked out and gone elsewhere for the remainder of our vacation. Needless to say we will never stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend anybody stay there.

Location is good, breakfast is decent , beds really uncomfortable and the a/c doesn't work good.

Filthy. Blood stains in bathroom. Staff refused to give more than one towel. Bed linen stained

Very good location for the price. Room 169 paper walls. Heard everything even conversation from next door. Bathroom not insulated (cold) and hear everything from bar next door in bathroom.

My sister and I stayed here because of the location and the price. St. Augustine hotels can be pretty pricey. This location is awesome and the price was right for our budget. It is right next to the fountain of youth and the Olde Jail and a ten minute walk or so to the old town. There is also one of the oldest trees called the Senator in the parking lot. The rooms are very basic and could use a deep cleaning, like in the corners and windows in the bathroom and the faucet handles. The beds and pillows are comfortable. St. Augustine is humid and it felt like are clothes were constantly damp in the room. There was a little fridge in the room. The breakfast was standard basic continental. nothing fancy but it was nice to get a quick bite in the morning and a bonus for having nutella. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. I really appreciate them helping me print my boarding pass.

the room is better than you would expect for the price. it`s about a 10 minute walk to the old down town. the bed was comfortable. only complaint is the carpets need cleaned

Hotel was good. Nice and clean. Location was great. Close to everywhere. I'll recommend to my friends to.
