The staff was rude. The hotel was disgusting. It did not seem like it had been properly cleaned before I checked in. I will not stay at this hotel ever again. I wish I had looked into other hotels in the area.

The hotel room in itself was alright. The beds were very squeaky! But the bathroom was horrible. It was quiet disgusting. The location was perfect though.

Everything was ok except the shower which needs attention. impossible to take a bath, due to constant problems with running water, either very hot or ice cold, simple handle replacement would fix that issue. overall good hotel to stay for few days.

Bathroom needed to be cleaner, it had some mold & mildew

Had a great stay would recommend to my friends staff was very helpful in all aspects of our stay with them great location to down town staff hooked us up with shuttle so we didn't have to drive and was only a couple of bucks

I don't think they even vacuum here. Front desk staff is rude. We asked for late checkout and they said we would have until 12:30. Then they turned the water off on us. I never knew of a hotel to do this. Toilet seat had pubes on it, shower had scum on the handle, ironing board was filthy, pillows had stains on them and the carpet was absolutely disgusting! Plenty of other cheap hotels around there to stay at that are a lot cleaner.

The hotel is located on the northern edge of the downtown district. The buildings and interiors are dated but clean. Beds are comfortable and there is a good HVAC system as well.

The rooms we have the first night was in very bad condition even the front area but we talk with the manager and He give us a better rooms

Is ok for the price my room was clean and the location was perfect .You can walk to the fort and shops.

Ceiling stains from roof leaks, smoke detector falling off of ceiling, carpet so dirty that my son’s feet were black from walking barefoot in the room, power went out , so the key card wouldn’t unlock the door . I had to go to the office to get in my room every time on Saturday, since they were unable to get the system working. No weatherstripping on front door ,so the hallway light was visible around the door while sleeping . Good news though my family and I saw all the attractions we wanted to.

La habitación estaba recién remodelada. Personal amable y buena limpieza.

Long story short, dirty out of date hotel. Checked in to an non-updated room, carpet moist (it is FL though) room heavy masking odor. Tube with old non-slip mat and black stains from chronic dirt/fungus. Ask for a new room and got an updated room. Floor was laminate. Looked good but very dirty. Walking across in made my feet black quickly. I used a wet towel to clean floor walking path, twice, but floor needed a deep clean and still stained my feet and socks - black. New shower did not drain but maintenance fixed it quickly. DEAD Cockroach on floor and one scurried away middle of night. My bed base squeeked like a broken tin filing cabinet. Single towel hook in bathroom was unmounted and fell off. Only one towel hook. No table for eating or a computer. One chair. Continental breakfast had only starches and yogurt and two types fruit M-F, had pre-made "omelet" and sausage on weekend. So, Hotel needs to be razed to the ground or fully updated. Cleaning staff need to be re-trained or fired. Desk staff tried to be helpful but can overcome serious low-grade nature of this HoJo.

Staff was efficient but not very friendly. Bathroom in lobby had no toilet paper or paper towels. Oranges at breakfast were rotten. For the price the hotel was adequate but would not want to stay for a long period of time.

Plus--Very clean, good beds, ok location, wifi decent. Minus-- Tourist cable cars turn around there ringing bells and loud parking lot noises due to motel format; cable tv (dish) awful both days

Tub drain clogged with hair. Sink drain mechanism broken.

Nice location, nice clean rooms, service excellent i loved I come back soon

2 hours in to staying at the hotel I saw cockroaches so I checked out immediately

Good hotel for overnight stay. Breakfast is so-so.

Check in was a breeze and the night manager (Ahmed) was extremely helpful and professional. The hotel looked old, but the rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Good price and good location for a meeting I had to attend. For a continental breakfast, they had a pretty good selection.

The staff and the parking was the only thing nice about this place, booked a king size bed, when we arrived they were doing construction in the room next door so I asked for another room, they did accommodate us by putting us in a family suite because of the king size bed but we couldn't sleep on the bed it was so hard, I mean major hard, anyway we slept in the double beds, which were okay, the room was big, kinda clean, just needs to be update.
