The hotel was under renovation. No mention of that during booking. The lobby bar is no longer there. Checking in after a long day of driving was a PITA. We were given keys that didn't work 2 times. Had to keep going back to the front desk.

I liked the proximity to town, however I didn't realize the hotel was under a total renovation I would not have stayed there knowing that. The lobby you couldn't use they didn't have breakfast like they said they did on the webpage.

It was ok. not worth the price tag.

Spent a night here after a concert 7/23. The high point was the polite staff. The property was the low point. The AC was very loud and rattled all night. They are currently doing construction and hammering began at 0900. Maybe after the remodel it will be better. It was clean, no frills served it purpose for a fast one night stay.

No complimentary breakfast, but you can purchase for $12 person. You have to pay for parking. A lot of places did not allow pets, so this holiday inn nice to allow my dog to stay. I did end up paying $500 extra for a 6 night stay.

Staff was friendly but the restaurant was out of soup, salad, cheesecake and they did not have access to their wine.

I really didn't like the added parking charge and the expensive breakfast.

Great place to stay.

Room 109 the tub does not drain well, the toilet requires 2 flushes.

Great Location

The room was ok. Bed was very uncomfortable. It was literally hard as a rock, woke up feeling sore as a result. The sheets had stains on them, good thing i had brought my own sheets. The lady who checked me out (caucasion blondish hair lady, wide round face to get a better discription as she didnt have a name tag on or told me her name) was very rude when i asked about the charges to get a better understanding and when i told her that she was rude and should tone it down SHE did NOT apologize. Didnt even say have a good day or asked how well my stay was. The website said it charges for parking (18 dollars a day) and there was a pending charge for parking on my statements, I asked her to clarify she just raised her voice instead of clarifying the charge. Very nasty person. I wont be staying here again or recommending it to anyone. The only great thing about the experience was the ability to walk to the museums and attractions.

Shower pressure was awful, and the shower knob kept falling off the wall. Mask requirements for unvaccinated is also completely ridiculous since unvaccinated do not spread covid any differently than the vaccinated. Having your staff parrot that requirement is ridiculous.

Not worth the price we paid

We booked two rooms for a one night stay cation. After a beautiful day on the golf course we came back to our rooms to shower and head out only to find that our rooms had NO HAND SOAP or Shower soap of any kind, only small bottle of Shampoo. This in the middle of a Pandemic we had no way to wash our hands and bodies, imagine that, I guess Holiday Inn does not care about Covid safety. We went to the front desk thinking it just must have been a mistake by housekeeping only to have the clerk bring us another bottle of shampoo and to inform us that they were out of soap and that is all they had. In the middle of a pandemic Holiday Inn was out of soap!!!!! I asked the clerk to get a manager involved so we could actually shower and was our hands. She called a manger and was told to just adjust our room rate as the manager lives over an hour away. I said that was not acceptable especially during the Covid crisis. The clerk told us there was a CVS 2 blocks away and we could get soap there. SO, we had to drive to CVS and buy our own soap to stay at Holiday Inn during a pandemic. IMAGINE THAT! Then the next morning in one of the rooms there were ants crawling all over the bathroom sink,,, ANTS in room that supposedly was sanitized by housekeeping. How can you have a sanitized room with ants crawling all over the bathroom sink!!! Overall a terrible experience and one that ensures I will never stay at a Holiday Inn ever again........

Very clean and staff was friendly! Close to downtown 15 min walk, enjoyed it

The room and the bathroom were both very clean. The AC was very cold. The only negative I had was 8-10 of the TV channels said weak or scrambled signal and didn't come in. The check in and out were both very easy.
