Iron shelf was not properly anchored, and it, the board and Iron almost fell on me.

Paid an inflated price for a budget hotel. The beds were comfortable, but the bathroom facilities were terrible. Couldn't even get brewed coffee at the front desk in the morning. Basically, I'll never stay there again.

This hotel was a disapointment. We chose it because of their pet policy, which seemed ok ($25.00 per per per stay). The price paid for the stay was not that much, but we did not get what we paid for either. The room AC was no working properly, loisy neighbors at 1 in the morning, the Dennys food was not good, the hotel is not maintained properly. However, the front desk staff was very profesisonal.

The best feature of this hotel is how close it is to historical St. Augustine. You are about 1 mile or less outside of it. The hotel itself is pretty awful. You can expect broken fixtures. I booked two rooms - in my room, the light head of the lamp was broken and tilted to the side. In the other room, the phone was plugged in, for all intents and purposes, but did not work. Walls are pretty thin, for the most part.

Pleasant stay, Would stay again. Staff very friendly. Room floor could have been cleaner.

Bums asking for money at check-in area. Cockroaches crawling on bed. No carpeting on floors, floors not clean. I would never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was clean and neat. Liked that Denny's was right next door. The tourist booking office was over the road and they fetched you and returned you to your hotel.

The room wasn't clean at all. Trash cans were full, bed was missing the comforter, sheets were stained, there were hairs every in the bathroom.

Back entrance on A1A. Very close to historic st. Augustine. Room was just like any other Days Inn. The room smelled musty. Had to get Febreeze & Lysol. Bath mat was laid across tub, was going to put on bath floor, but it was completely molded on bottom. Threw it next to toliet and never touched it again.. Also the bathroom didnt have a vent. Didnt like that.

I was in the room for three nights and it consistently smelled like backed up sewage. Otherwise the hotel was convenient, clean, and good for the price. Close to downtown and the beach.

This is your typical 2.5 star hotel. Nothing more, nothing less.

I was never able to get on the Internet. I needed to book future hotel rooms for my trip. "Too many users for server" it said. I even tried early in the morning. Pool not in service. Check in was very slow.

Great location, walking distance to trolleys and some attractions. Hotel maintenance quick to fix tv that was not working. Not a 5 star facility but price reasonable for the location. Would stay again.

The room was ok but the outside of the hotel needs updated and cleaned.

Overall good location and good experience. Nice staff. Nothing to complain about the room besides a remote that didn't work too well. Overall good experience!

Staff is very welcoming, rooms are clean and comfy for the price and location. When I stay in St. Augustine I just about always stay here.

It was great vale for your money. Great location. Would be back

This hotel is ol, but the location for us was fine. We walked to most of the places we wanted to go. The original room did not have a refrigerator or microwave, so we were able to upgrade for free. That room had no table and a desk chair that was broken. King bed was great though!

Everything was fine the room was great. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends

This was a great price for the area. The hotel is located in walking distance from many of the St. Augustine attractions. The rooms were clean and the front desk and facilities personal that cleaned the rooms were very professional. The hotel is desperate need of renovation, carpet furniture the whole deal needs to be thrown away and refreshed.
