Very satisfying Would definitely recommend staying here close to all attractions

I stayed here 3 nights while visiting family. Was clean and easily assesible from highway. I only had the breakfast one morning it was your normal low budget breakfast but can't go wrong with waffles.

I always stay here. Hotel is clean and convenient, good free breakfast.

The outside looked a hot mess but the room was nice and modern. Loved the channel options on the TV.

super hotel rate, close to golf courses and resturants.

close to everything. Good night sleep. Free Hookers

Very clean rooms. Ac problem in first room but management handle the problem swiftly. Would stay there again. The only problem is they don't have enough parking for all guests Continental breakfast was fair.

My room was clean and neat. Decent hotel, No complaints. I needed a fridge but the room didn't have a fridge or microwave. Fortunately, I was able to keep my items in their fridge and use the microwave in the main lobby. Hotel was great for overnight stay.

Clean and affordable. Convenient location near outlets and not far from site seeing and beach.

Air conditioner was great (self controlled) and room was large for just myself. Two full beds faced a new HD TV with tons of channels offered by DirecTV. One cup coffeemaker made bad coffee, but the breakfast room provided freshly brewed coffee. The tub, sink and shower were great, offering enough counter space for toiletries. The lighting and decor were modern. Just didn't care for the rolling carts the housekeepers moved along side the room when I wanted to sleep later. Other than that, everything was fine and jumped right into I-95 to Saint Augustine for the day.

The description of the room was misleading. It was advertised as a suite with a sitting area. It was a very small room. There was a chair squeezed in between the bed and the wall. Not really what I pictured as the sitting area. There were several other guests with trailers, which they parked horizontally across several spaces. We were forced to park at the Taco Bell next door.

Everything was fine, good location to get to where we wanted to be, room was nice and clean only complaint would be the road noise, very close to the highway.

The hotel room was about 15 minutes away from sightseeing area. The room was fairly clean. Hotel was loud, people yelling all night, trashy. Our credit card we left for incidentals got hacked into here! The breakfast buffet was a joke, one tiny area with people jammed into for a large hotel complex. Regretting this one.

I guess in a pinch and because it was raining badly, we had to stay, but never again. The floor smelled like urine, after asking for a room not facing I95 noise, they gave us one facing the noise. The bathroom had a ventilator fan that ran all night. It was so loud it vibrated the wall. I spent 30 mins trying to get the TV to work. I called, they said reset the cable box and unplug the tv. That didn't work. I finally found the IR receiver laying on the floor. Pulled it up to become visible by the remote control, and it worked. Duh? Unplug the TV was just plain silly! The kicker was the breakfast. omelet well that was some egg stuff shaped like an omelet with nothing in it. The back was so fat you could nearly see through it. The breakfast room was two hotel rooms where they busted through the wall from east to west. It had a long skinny wall with a table top. You sat facing the wall. What a disappointment. I stayed in a Fairfield in the night before, $57 and wonderful!!! What a dump!

Comfortable room and very nice breakfast with helpful staff

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Great for a overnight stay, 15 minute from beach, across the street from large outlet mall. Right off exit. Clean and friendly staff.

This was a business trip. Everything was great. I will stay again. My plans were only for 2 nights but it ended up being5 nights this was a great choice. The staff was friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great as well. Thank you to the staff.

My boyfriend stayed at the suite. It wa amazing, the only thing we didn't like was the fact that they didn't have a microwave in the room. They had one in the front office but not in our suite. The breakfast buffet was great! Overall, it's a very nice hotel and we do both recommend!

The Best Western near the Premium Outlets Mall in St Augustine is an excellent value for you money. The front desk staff were excellent, the room was very clean and nice....comfy cozy! I will be staying there more often when in the area MM
