The hotel was in a good area. The room was not clean, the floors had dirt on them. We found pet hairs also in the room. I usually like the Americas best but I think they need better cleaners!!

It was in a good location. Close to the beach, pharmacy, publix and winn dixie. They had a grab and go breakfast which I didn't like esp cause their weren't any options. I had to go to publix to get food.
The staff was very friendly! The water was hot & pressure was good (of course slightly went down as it filled up). We got anything we needed when we asked (we had a do not disturb during our stay as we always do) with no hesitation! The property & room was very clean & smelled good. The bed was very comfortable! The pool was clean & well maintained. It's walking distance from the beach (couple blocks)! Check-out was quick & easy! We enjoyed our 4 night stay & will definitely stay here again!

Booked 3 nights, but checked out after one due to horrible beds, room smelled aand no breakfast served despite website saying it was included. Awaiting refund for 2 nights we canceled. Dominic at the front desk upon check was helpful in starting refund process, but now been 3 days and haven't seen it refunded to my card yet.
The beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are very firm. There was also stains on my bed sheets and towels. The hotel was quite and in a great location. Breakfast was also not served when it said it would be at 7:30am the chairs were still on the table and no food was out.
Large room and comfortable bed. Bagels, English muffins, cereal for breakfast. Coffee, OJ, also. Good location with nice food nearby. Nice security. WiFi worked well but no HD for TV and channel selection was limited. Dish would cut out during tv shows.
