The hotel was really nice and we enjoyed the stay. The rooms were awesome and the view from the balcony was mesmerizing and beautiful. The food was great with lots of variety and delicious taste. The place was really nice and we enjoyed staying there. Totally recommended đź‘Ś

The restaurant / hotel is correct. The food is buffet-style, it has Sri lanka and international food for those who do not like spicy food. The food is correct but not exceptional. It is a place that tourist guides take you, surely they have commission.

On a tour stayed here for 2 nights..room ok but be warned keep the balcony door closed and locked..cheeky monkeys will come into your room. Situated in the hills away from the city it is very peaceful..did not get a chance to use the pool which looked good and inviting. Breakfast good and what a lovely view whilst enjoying it...

We had the good fortune to stay here for two nights and wish it could have been longer. The staff were lovely, the accommodation good, breakfast very good and the monkeys cheeky! We would like to have stayed longer and had more time to explore Kandy. The hotel is in an elevated position and our room had views over the hills.

Beautiful view - We could hear some falls/water stream from the balcony - small balcony with two chairs. Good breakfast and yes, there are monkeys around but they did not bother us. Clean and spacious room, clean sheets and towels. Staff were friendly and helpful

We came bit of night and stayed two nights. During our stay foods, staff, cleanness was very good specially staff assistance.Location of this hotel is very calm bit out of the city rush.i recommend this hotel as nice calm place for a good vacation.

Perched up on the hill above Kandy town this hotel has some pretty views but that’s about it. Arrival drink was nice. This place is dated and seemed to be frequented by locals. Because of the odd positioning of the lift which doesn’t go to every floor, we had to tackle steep stairs whilst lugging our luggage. Room was big, beds comfortable, bathroom small and smelt like urine. The WiFi was awful (with 2 teenagers this was a catastrophe!) Tv was good had a movie channel. Warnings about monkeys pinching things were on the balcony doors but we didn’t see any. Buffet breakfast was okay, recommend trying the curd and trickle, silky soft like creme brûlée. We had to check out at 4am they suggested a wake up call....needless to say thank goodness we set our alarms, as it didn’t happen. They did make us breakfast boxes for the train journey we were going on & they were great. If you don’t want to take tuk tuks up & down the hill for everything, stay in town.

TV not functioning, electrical problem and ROACHES in the room : sign of dirtiness ! The best way to avoid having these bugs is most probably to keep your rooms clean mister manager. You are a lier ! You said TV is repaired, and when I returned to the room, it wasn't ! You said : i understand you have encountered an electrical frizzling problem from the appliance, sorry for the inconvenience and a gentle tap on my shoulder : you are not sincere, mocking me and not taking the problem seriously for obvious security reasons ! The problem was still existing when I entered the room (burnt smell and plug crackling). You said : I am sorry if you have had a jumped roach in your face, that must be an individual one : this is a lie as there was a colony under the furnitures ! BE CAREFUL mister manager, bad comments on your hotel travel much faster than positive ones (if there are any !). The only positive comment is the food on your buffet (Ladies fingers were promised by the executive chef and they were present : at least one person in this hotel is not lying !)

A Great location with good views..Clean rooms with friendly and helpful staff.Close to the City centre ( 400 rupees by Tuk Tuk). A buffet breakfast is included catering for western and Sri Lankan tastes.

This is a nice hotel...very clean, excellent service, good restaurant and very friendly staff. The food provided at the restaurant was very good both for vegetarians as well as non. This is an ideal stay for a night before continuing onward on tour.
