Our room was stuffy & humid, & we could hear people running around & talking above us early in the am. Would not recommend it.

Very nice hotel. Seemed brand new. Front desk staff very informative and helpful. Easy off/on the highway. Plenty of places to eat within a mile or two.

From arrival to departure this Hotel left a great taste in my mouth. The check in was amazing, the lady at the counter was so friendly and quick to get me checked in. The Suite was nice and have a hot tub in the living room, which was a little weird since I was staying with my son, lol. But the room was awesome, I needed a desk to do some work and the desk was sufficient and there was plenty of space for my son and I to move around without bumping into each other. The breakfast in the morning was AWESOME. The lady who was maintaining all the food clearly appreciated the quality of her work and it showed. She was constantly cleaning up and making sure the food was stocked asking if we needed help with anything. The breakfast was awesome for a continental breakfast and I even commented to my son that this may have been the best continental breakfast I have ever had.

It was a very nice stay. Wi-Fi was a lil off and on, but other than that, a nice hotel.

Nice hotel, room kept clean , hallways and stairwell clean, great breakfast. Carpet off of stairwell by vending area on 3rd floor needs replaced. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. McDonalds, gas station and highway near by. Staff was great. When we stayed there was a cheer event going on so cheer team was staying there and were on the same floor as us. Wifi went out the second night around midnight but other then that great visit.

Check in took longer than normal due to a computer system glitch but the hotel was cozy, clean, and the staff super friendly. Excellent deal and experience.

It's was great. Staff were friendly. Place was clean

reception clerk was friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and tidy. I had a room next to the elevator. It was very quiet all night. The breakfast was plentiful. Lots of different foods and warm but not overcooked. Check out was a breeze. Good lighted parking area..Getting to the hotel is a little tricky but not difficult. Enjoyed my stay.

Everything at this hotel was great! Only problem was the address causes a problem with the GPS. You have to add RD to the published address to get an accurate route. Pass the McDonald's and turn there and go back to a small road to the hotel and Cracker Barrel. Much easier in daylight

Enjoy our stay. Visit all the city historical sites and the brewery and winery.

Good breakfast served every morning with a Cracker Barrel restaurant next door. Rooms were quiet and kept cleaned. Leave a note for housekeeping if anything is needed. Not enough staff in our opinion. We waited as did others too long at the front desk for someone to check guests in.

We have been to this hotel a couple times now and we will book again for next year.

Room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was there for five days and never had a problem.

Bed was very uncomfortable..room was stuffy.Linens were clean.Bathroom was clean.

Very responsive staff to any comments, questions or concerns. very helpful. House keeping manager outstanding, and front desk clerks helpfulness is very memorable.

Good breakfast, clean room and pleasant stay. I would stay there again.

We tend to do low end hotels and this place is clearly better than what we are used to.. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast included eggs rather than just cereal and bread,. We had to pay a $10 pet fee but we were aware of that ahead of time. I would have given it a 4 for value for money if the pet had been free.

We had to find a motel in the south side of Springfield in a hurry due to a funeral. We stayed 2 nights here and found the room to be large, clean, and well stocked with all necessary bathroom items. The included breakfast was good and my kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool after a long day. I would stay here again.

We are moving to Springfield and made a quick trip beforehand. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was older and smaller but it was fine. The value of what we received for our money was equivalent. The staff was very friendly and answered what questions we had. I would stay here again without hesitation.

This hotel was good for our trip to visit for the State Fair. We would stay there again.
