Room was clean and served it's purpose for a 1 night stopover stay.
The room he put me in was dirty as heck. The door was unsafe. You see a major dent like someone used a crowbar to get in. The front desk was creepy because when I did not want to walk in all the way after check-in, he already knew & met me in the elevator asking "why did I not go all the way into the room, just go in, is there something wrong". I lied 7 told him I left my phone in the car & ran away. Yuck!
I wish i would have known that the property was under MAJOR construction. Nothing available felt uninviting and unwelcoming.none of the amenities where available.
Nasty place. Bugs in the room, bathroom were filthy
The pool was not in use and the exercise room had one working treadmill with no A/C. Approximately one-half of the hotel including the lobby was under construction, and there was a clear smoke smell on our floor even if our room didn't smell quite as bad. Breakfast was a grab and go on just a pastry and coffee.
Room was clean, staff friendly but a huge family of gypsies (at least 10) with small children were living out of the parking lot, cooking, washing laundry even washing dishes and hanging laundry out to dry. They let their small children run and scream in the parking lot until well past midnight. We complained but management did nothing.
This was a shelter for the homeless.
Location was fine. Property was fine. The vending machines need to be fixed.
It was clean and worked fine for us. Just a quick overnight.
The lobby was a sauna as was the breakfast room. The woman responsible for breakfast was on her phone speaking loudly while refreshing the selections and working for over 30 minutes. Was then rude when she was made aware that the coffee decanters were empty.
