We liked our stay here. Staff were amazing and cordial. Check in super easy and fast. We loved they are pet friendly. Room was neatly clean and smell good. Hotel is kind of old and would benefit to use upgrades or remodeling. But as long as it was clean Im fine with it.

Upon opening the door I noticed a dead waterbug/cockroach on the floor. I asked the staff member at the desk for a different room. I was given a diffrent room and upon walking in I looked up and there was a very large waterbug/cockroach on the wall. I informed the staff memeber and did not stay. I emailed the general manager Tonia Begley for refund and this was her reponses: Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to your recent stay at our hotel. It is disappointing that you experienced a dead bug at check in, we did recently have the hotel treated by pest control. I will not be able to process a refund as water bugs are very common in North Carolina thou we do not welcome them I completely understand your level of discomfort. Should you require a future stay at this location I can certainly look at providing a discount on future stay. Thank you for your understanding of our position regarding this matter and hope to see you again in the future.

The jetted jacuzzi is a plus. I needed to relax away from home & I did in the jetted jacuzzi

Many of the windows were broken and hanging off. One of the doors was propped open to the hallway of the hotel making an unsafe situation.

Had issues with the tv….and breakfast ran out but other than that a peaceful stay

staff was very nice, our sheets looked like they were dirty, to many things about this place to go into, terrible hotel

We had a very late check in upon our arrival we were greeted with a smile and friendly service. The next morning we were once again greeted with the same friendly service of the day crew. The property is kept clean. The location worked great for us.

The bed was comfortable and the to-go breakfast was okay (though surprisingly didn't include any fruit options). The staff was friendly, but didn't wear masks. Most disappointing was the condition of the room. There were pink spots on the floor; stains in multiple spots on the walls, ceiling, door, and ironing board; minor staining on the bed sheets; and a hole in the bench. There was also insufficient space between the toilet and the bathroom door. Needles to stay, we don't plan on staying there again.

BEWARE THE $40 PER PET, PER NIGHT POLICY! For 2 small pets that's $400 EXTRA dollars for a 5 night stay. This extra cost was not very clear when booking either. Floors were also filthy and had significant dirt buld up. Overall, I would not recommend for the price.

During my stay, the fire alarm had gone off at 5am, which isn’t the problem. The problem was that there was no staff anywhere to be found. Not even the cleaning staff. We waited outside for almost 30 minutes before the fire department came (because another guest had called for them to see why no one had come yet) and once they arrived, they also were unable to find any employee until an hour had passed. Even after the “all clear” we were never informed about what happened or what the issue was; we don’t even know if there was ever a fire at all. I understand that in the moment when the fire alarm is going off that they’re unable to call/email all of the guests but that happened on a Friday night and now it’s Tuesday and I’m still without any kind of notification or outreach from anyone. In addition, every single towel we had was extremely thin (I’m assuming to being used for so long) and had hair or some kind of stain on them. Again, I’m not upset about the fire alarm going off because, if there was fire then obviously I would want it to go off, but my problem is that there was no communication at all.

The first room we were sent to had not been cleaned.. the tub was filthy and there were dead skin flakes hair on the top of toilet.. We requested another room which they gave us but the linens were covered in hair. We requested fresh linens from the desk which they gave us but we then had to make our own bed. Very disappointing from a Radisson hotel. The half and half was spoiled the next morning also

I will never stay there again in life. I will sleep on the streets beside I lay my head in that place again. They changed me twice and would not give me my money back. They refused to let me speak with a manger until I told them I was going to call the law enforcement. The Ac in the room did not work and on top of that by them charging me twice for the room they took all the money I had to feed my kids that night. And let’s not forget I had to sit in the lobby 2 and a half hrs before I was able to even talk to someone about them over charging me. And I was not the only one that was having problems. Very very very disrespectful and unprofessional. The young lady just lied for no reason about everything.

I've stayed at many Country Inn Suites, this one definitely falls short. When I arrived me and another guest waited almost 10min for someone to come to the front desk. The room wasn't properly cleaned (very dusty), the beds and sheets were fine. The next morning I called and asked for extra towels and washcloths and I was told "we don't have any right now". One of the towels in our room had a huge hole in it. Very disappointed. The hotel hallways also weren't very clean.

Everything was great!! Checked in a little bit early and my room was ready! Customer service was great too

-Very clean!!! -Extra friendly -All abilities and peoples allowed and accommodated, including pets. -Passed UV light scans, even the carpet -Complimentary breakfast setup is amazing and very well kept, up to par with ServSafe standards. 100% -Employees appear to love being at work and doing their work as detailed. -Welcoming and "at-home" coziness are apparently what the cleaning and front desk staff care about most in their work. The happiness of guests. -I give it 5 Platinum Stars and highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good clean hotel.

They canceled our reservation after we were en route and 30 mins away. It was 10:30 pm after 10 hours on the road. Horrible experience!
