Gulf Front 2nd Floor Home with Kayaks

Bring the whole family to this great vacation home with lots of room for fun. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on your private multi-tiered deck, watch the Flats from your living room, ride the kayaks in the canals or watch the dolphins play in the canal. Located directly at HB marker 60. 4 Kayaks are available for our guests. Multi-tiered home with Living Room that opens up into the Loft area. Step up to the fully stocked kitchen and 2 additional Bedrooms. Spacious Master Bedroom with on-suite bathroom, 2nd Bedroom with Guest Bath. 3rd Bedroom is a Loft with queen size bed and built-in bunk room. Bunk room has mattress.

Ground floor is occupied by tenants. Please be considerate as the backyard is shared. Tenants will be off assistance during your stay. Tenants may or may not be home during your visit. Boat storage not available at this time due to the boat dock being repaired. House includes patio that might not be suitable for small children. Interior is multi-level without railings that might not be suitable for children. Please view pictures or contact us prior to booking if you have safety concerns.

Our stay wasn't what we expected, it wasn't clean we had to clean before we could actually got situated in the place,had to sweep the place up bathroom and rugs was nasty, kitchen sink had food and flying gnats everywhere had to put out vinegar, the bed above the living room had to wash the sheets,we went out to buy sheets and comforter for the master bed cover was old cover my grandma had before she passed away,but one thing I will say we made sure it was clean before we left,also thing needs to be fixed there (HAZARD) PORCH, LIGHT IN MASTER BEDROOM..

Unique Beach House!

Our kids loved the loft and wife and I loved the outdoor patios overlooking the water. We enjoyed the kayaks and seeing the dolphins. Owners were very quick to respond. Would definitely come back!
