Check in was the worse experience I ever had. They had 18 rooms available, and even though official check in wasn’t until 3pm, they made us sit in the lobby for an hour waiting. They didn’t try to accommodate us at all

The entrance was very welcoming

Room was very clean. We were a little disappointed that the breakfast buffet is not open. We just got a prepared bag of breakfast at the front desk.

The price was great also the 12 checkout was great

Beautiful area

There is absolutely no early check-in. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was colder than the pool. There were no towels so we had to walk back to our room dripping wet.

Room was adequate, but i mean that in a good way. This is not a luxury suite, but most definately served the purpose. Felt safe staying, front desk ppl always greeted us, bed was comfortable. Room and hotel could use updating, not as fresh and clean as other "extended stay" hotels. I was expecting a full sized fridge, but room had a mini fridge with small freezer - it met our needs. Tiles / grout in bathroom were loose and needed repair, but bathroom wasnt dirty - just a little dated. Carpet, walls, and furniture had imperfections, but not to the point that i was grossed out. Taking into account other options in this area, i would stay at this hotel again. Nothing exciting to rave about, but met our needs. Stayed for 5 nights. I understand the mixed reviews regarding this hotel. Bottom line, if ur looking for a decently priced place to crash and shower, this will work for you, but if you are expecting a high roller suite might want to cough up the $500 a night to stay near the boardwalk. I think you'd be safer staying here and saving some money, your choice.

Friendly service. Carpet in poor condition

They advertised a continental breakfast. There was no food, not even for purchase. Upon arrival, the staff was argumentative and unfriendly. The counter person the next day was nicer. The counters were dirty. The rooms were somewhat clean. Several light fixtures in the room were not working. I would never stay here again.

It was adequate

It was clean and convenient

The whole property is run down and dirty. Check in was the first clue when there were signs posted everywhere with rules and a dirty plexiglass divider with writing all over it. Upon entering the room, which was actually very large, it was clear that updates were needed with old worn wall to wall carpet. We then noticed hooks in the walls that looked like they should have wall hangings and red splattered stains on the walls that looked like they could have been blood, though I’m hoping and assuming it wasn’t. There were also smashed and broken wall plates covering up an electric box. When moving to the bathroom we found the toilet seat had some kind of plastic bubbling up on the seat and the shower was missing a handle and wouldn’t turn on. That was in addition to the light in the shower that wouldn’t turn on either. Eventually we got the shower to work after having to go to the front desk to “learn the trick” to get it to turn on. If we weren’t as tired as we were when we got there and didn’t have a long drive home, there’s no way we would have stayed in that room for even an hour!

Limited availability of staff at front desk. Pool area was dirty. Continental breakfast was advertised, but not provided. Hallway carpets were wet; seemed like shampoo was still in the carpets making floor slippery. Racoons were running through the parking lot. Shower water head was not adjustable. Water came out like pellets.

Definitely go back

Unfortunately when we arrived and when we were leaving they had piles of laundry throughoit the hallways. Never have seen anything like it:( the room itself was clean but arriving was pretty scary looking. Hallways not vacuumed. They need to come up with a different system.

This hotel is a quick 15 minute drive to Harrah’s, which is where I had to be. They were sold out, so I was lucky enough to find a last minute room here on a Saturday night. The amenities weren’t necessary for my stay, as I was looking for was a place to sleep. I only had two minor issues, but they’re not really a big deal. 1. I wanted to pay in cash but the guy charged my card. I didn’t prepay, I did a “pay at the hotel” so I DID have the option on how to pay, but he ran my card even after I said I wanted to do cash. Eh, it was just more money on hand for the casino then. LOL, 2. When I arrived back at around 4:39am all the spots were taken so I had to park in the handicap spot. No, I do not normally do that as an every day occupancy, but it was the middle of the night, I paid good money to be there and deserved a place to park. There was no one at the desk so I was unable to find another solution. But no worries, there were plenty of spots available in the morning, including two other empty handicap spots. No harm, no fowl. Overall, I wasn’t expecting to be as satisfied with this hotel as I was.

friendly hotel staff

The room was clean, the service was good and the staff was friendly. The facility had all amenities closed due to COVID, despite the fact that the rest of the state was open. They didn't mention the closed amenities on the Orbitz site and I feel that was a bit disingenuous. In addition a couple nights there were some loud guests but they weren't dealt with.
