The Sunsets at Sunfish property is amazing! The cabin is super clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The lake is quiet and the property is secluded/private which is exactly what we were looking for. CJ is very responsive and accommodating, just an overall wonderful experience. We have stayed at many properties in the Spooner area over the last 25 years and this one is at the top of our list!

Exactly What We Needed!
CJ was a great host. Quick communication, everything from reservation to check-in and check-out was seamless. The place was phenomenal. I have two teenagers and it was a great chance for all of us to step aside from our daily requirements. Sports tournaments, emails, and all family responsibilities were set aside for four days. The cabin is beautiful and suited us perfectly. The fishing was phenomenal. Nonstop panfish action every time we went out. We even got into some nice bass. We would all highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be able to truly relax and enjoy nature!

Incredible Family Getaway
We had an amazing time at Sunsets on Sunfish and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation. There was so much to do and the kids in our group especially loved swimming, kayaking and using the paddle boat. The lake is small and so quiet and there were only a few boats out on the water even though it was a holiday weekend. CJ was a very thoughtful host and was very easy to communicate with. The cabin was so cozy and decorated so beautifully. We hope to be back next year!

Sunsets on Sunfish
This is the first time we stayed at a Vrbo and thought it worked well. Check in was easy. We liked the quiet peaceful location. It was nice to have access to the paddle boat and kayaks. Water was warm and calm. The fishing was good. We appreciated the life preservers too.
Loved watching and hearing the Loon family!
We had s'mores out by the fire pit one night. Thank you for the welcome gift to make them.
The house was nice, roomy and clean. Enjoyed the open concept. The kitchen was well equipped. That was good cause we like to cook family meals. It was nice to have internet available for our down time. (especially for a 12-year-old when he wasn't fishing)
It was a very relaxing vacation. We did take time to visit the train museum. Very interesting.

Beautiful getaway!
This property was immaculate! Spacious, yet cozy cabin with everything you need to feel comfortable. The property is very private with a sweet little lake and gorgeous views. We enjoyed the fire pit and kayaking. Spent a day in Spooner, which isn’t too far away and has several neat stores and restaurants. Thanks to our host , who kindly texted to check in and offer any needed assistance. Great communication!

Very Memorable/Spectacular Lake Escape! :-)
A perfect little family getaway! A very beautiful cabin on a fun little lake! Our boys had so much fun fishing from our boat, and we also enjoyed the paddle boat. If we hadn’t taken our boat, there were a lot of floating options available (kayaks, jon boats, and the 4 person paddle boat) which is awesome to have so many available options. The sunset was spectacular! The host was beyond great, very attentive. This would be a wonderful winter escape as well. We are hoping to make it back there this winter. :)
