Ramada at Spokane Airport

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

I previously reviewed this hotel erroneously. My review was meant for the Ramada SeaTac. There does not seem to be a way to delete or edit a previous review. I could not let that go without some kind of correction. This was an excellent hotel with excellent service and a fantastic breakfast buffet. We have stayed here about three times now. Very good experience.

Airport transportation was disappointing. We called for a ride with the courtesy shuttle and they said they would be there in 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later we called again. Another 10 minutes later our shuttle arrived. We tried to book a shuttle for the morning and they said just show up at 6am and we could get one. There were too many people waiting so we had to wait for the shuttle to go and then come back.

We stayed one night at the end of a vacation trip. Being easy walking distance to the airport terminals, we turned our rental car in after checking into the hotel, had a great dinner in the hotel restaurant, and a good nights' sleep in comfy beds. Or flight wasn't until 1:45pm, so we slept in and organized luggage, then spent some time in one of the sitting areas in the hotel until it was time to take the shuttle to the terminal (too many bags to walk). This hotel did everything right!

Clean, comfortable room. AC is a bit funky; often either too cold or off. Pillows good but not perfect. Aside from that, it was great. Breakfast was a real treat - good food (biscuits and gravy), a beautiful room, and a player piano going softly in the background.

My flight arrived late at night and I decided to stay near the airport and pick up my rental car in the morning to head downtown. The hotel is closer than I thought and across the street from the terminal - it was a longer walk down the hall to my room than it was from the airport to the hotel. The room wasn't fancy but there is new carpeting and was quiet. The breakfast buffet was good. I opted to stay here again on my way back as I had an early morning flight to catch. I would do it again for sure.

While it was convenient to the airport which is why I gave it 2 stars, everything else but the pool was awful. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke (even though the rooms are supposed to be smoke-free) and the a/c did not work properly. We opened up the window to air the room out all night and heard cars the entire stay. The beds were small and uncomfortable and clearly worn down. They were in the process of remodeling I believe, but must have been at the very beginning of it. Everything was old and stained. My kids liked the indoor pool with the slide. We ate at the restaurant inside the hotel which took 2 hours to get our food (we were the only ones there so not sure why). By the time we got it, the food was definitely not worth the wait. I don't think we'll be staying here again. Probably one of the worst hotels we have stayed at in awhile. Hopefully the remodel helps.

Very comfortable bed, the pool and water slide were a great treat for the kids. The gym is somewhat minimal with only two treadmills and a third exercise machine. No weights. I would definitely stay there again because of how much the kids enjoyed the pool and slide.

Easy access to many amenities in Airway Heights and to I-90 for Spokane. Quiet even though next door to the airport.

We booked this room online as we have many other times, when we arrived we were told we couldn't leave our car for the week we were gone(which we have done countless other times) without paying the fee, we said ok we would pay the fee.... ended up paying 175 for a room worth 50.... not staying here again. How can they make us pay the online commission back to them as well as parking?? Lesson learned

Such a nice airport hotel experience - great staff, nice and clean room, easy and convenient shuttle!

Clean, comfortable room. Better price available through Orbitz than directly through Ramada. Would stay there again.

My daughter and I were in Spokane to visit colleges. This hotel was good for us in that it was fairly inexpensive, quiet, and had all of the amenities that we wanted - free breakfast, free parking, free WiFi, and a fitness room. The pool here is amazing and we really did not take full advantage of that aspect of the hotel. Negatives were that it was not very close or convenient to the places we were visiting, the coffee was very, very weak, and the hotel itself feels fairly old. The breakfast was better than what is offered in most hotels, although fresh/healthy options were limited. I would really highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay near the Spokane airport and if you are traveling with young children who would enjoy the pool area.

We stay here every time we come to Spokane, the night before we fly out. The hotel is wonderful; staff excellent; and restaurant fabulous!!!

The attendant at the front desk greeted us warmly. the accommodations provided a restful, refreshing time for my wife and me before our morning flight.

Everything about our stay was great from the restaurant to the pool area which has a water slide, jacuzzi and pool all at perfect temperature. The waitstaff in the restaurant were very wonderful.

Nice hotel close to the airport with a great pool for the kids!

We stay here for an early flight and are always pleased

Nice hotel, complimentary breakfast was outstanding.

We went for a spring break getaway and chose this hotel because of the pool and water slide. I was pleasantly surprised with the complimentary buffet style breakfast. The staff were extremely kind and helpful! Rooms were pretty clean. Not meticulous but also not uncomfortable. Overall we had a great stay! I also have stayed in the past before heading to the airport and was pleasantly surprised to realize I could walk and didn't even need to take a shuttle!

So convenient to get to the airport for early morning flights and car rental returns.

I am sorry to learn that you did not enjoy your visit with us. Please know that we are just completing the installation of new hallway carpet. All guest rooms have new bathrooms and flooring. We are continuing to replace the carpet in guest rooms that have not already been completed and a new lighting package as well. I am unsure as to the reason why our restaurant service would have taken two hours to receive your food and is certainly not our standard, not is it acceptable. I will follow up on any issues that we may have had in that area over the past few weeks, but certainly apologize for the inconveniences you encountered. We hope to see you upon your next visit to the area so you can see our completed guest areas.
