The hotel was really nice and the outdoor pool was great! Our room was pretty average. The beds were comfortable and everything was pretty clean. The bathroom was tiny and our tub was majorly clogged. It took the water forever to drain. Really annoying. We had a nice view of the pool though.

Food wasn't good, but came fairly fast. Not sure why they are trying to be fancy. Drinks were slow. Took a show and the water didn't drain, gross

Great location. Very comfortable and inviting feeling. Incredibly kid friendly. Smooth and very fast check in/out.

Very rude unwelcoming check in staff. Room wasn't ready until after 7:00 pm as if that's normal.

I've stayed at this hotel before. It's close to downtown and all the major attractions in Spokane. Especially the Convention Center and Riverfront Park. The facility is beautifully decorated, the beds were wonderful and had 5 pillows for each queen size bed in my room. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional as well. I had the breakfast buffet on Saturday morning and it was a mistake. Fried potato chunks were hard, dry, and flavorless. The small flat pancakes tasted like the batter sat out for 2 hours before they cooked it (aka. BAD). The sausages tasted bad. Their special egg concoction was Delicious however. It had eggs, peppers, cheddar cheese and sour cream! I loved it! The coffee was also excellent. I like strong coffee, and this was strong with excellent flavor. Ut was the opposite of Thomas Hammer coffee, for those of you who know coffee roasters.

My stay just happened to be during a volleyball tournament - and many also stayed at this hotel. The hotel lobby looked great and inviting. I guess they did a remodel, but the hotel lobby was comfortable and relaxing with a great atmosphere. The hotel room could have some improvements. The bathroom was small and cramped in comparison to the rest of the room. I really liked the lighting around the mirrors in the bathroom though. The room floors are not carpeted and seems to be laminate flooring. This made me a bit uncomfortable; the bottoms of my white socks were dirty after doing a quick walk around when I entered the room. Perhaps a swiffer is needed? The staff was semi-pleasant; I only say this because the kids of the volleyball teams, and I say kids because even though they were teenagers, were acting like little children. I'm sure the staff were a bit irritated and it translated to other guests. I was unable to get a decent nights sleep since those kids were shouting and running down the halls, banging on their friend's doors, laughing like it was 2pm instead of 2am. So if you plan to stay here, avoid coming during a teenage sporting event...

Comfortable hotel with updated lobby. Good breakfast included with my room. Wish parking was included with room rate.

I stayed there with my wife and eight years old son and we ALL three agree it was just GREAT!

Totally comfortable hotel for a stay. Easy check-in/out. Nice little grab-n-go breakfast menu available.

The room was not completely furnished. The "view" was of the courtyard - not the adjacent riverfront. The waits for food were interminable.

The sink and bathtub did not drain properly and would fill with water. There was residue in the sink and hair in the tub. The building, the employees, and the restaurant were all exceptional. My experience with the room appears to be a maintenance issue that, if repaired, should resolve itself. In the meantime, the cleaning staff needs to put in a better effort.

Awesome staff. Hotel itself was great. Only issue was the bathtub not draining as you showered.

Located on the Spokane rivers walk across the bridge to the island. Great little fair going on there. Just a stop over for us, but great enough to come back and spend a few dsyd

Extremely dirty, was given wrong room (booked king, given queen). Hotel remodel literally ruined this otherwise nice hotel with a great location! Won't return.

wonderful location and facility with excellent friendly staff, lobby was under re-constuction, looks very promising.

The hotel was being renovated but the staff did everything in their power to make the stay pleasant. The drivers for the airport shuttle were friendly and always on time. I will definitely try to stay here again next year.

I was pleased to see this beautiful hotel being remodeled. We knew that might impact our stay. However it really was of no bother. The almighty problem was the filth. I do NOT believe they put clean sheets or pillowcases on the beds. We started off with a room that had hairs all over the sheets. So we asked to be moved. Then the second room didn't have as many hairs on the sheets but tons on the pillowcases. By the time I discovered it, I just didn't have it in me to move again. My son was sick & we'd been on the road all day. We did the best we could to clean everything off but I came away very angry. The next morning discovered the bed my boys slept in actually had a stain lower down on the sheet. The carpet was unclean, the bathtub barely drained. So I stood in inches of water to shower the following morning. The hand towels were also not clean. Just too gross. When we checked out, there was another woman with complaints. We were both addressing the issues w/ the front desk staff. The gal I had offered a 50% discount, all I really wanted was out of there. She also credited our parking fee. The woman beside me got her room for free. Pretty tacky.

Hotels need to be much more transparent when guests are booking rooms at a hotel with extensive remodel construction ongoing. This hotel did not do so on the Orbitz web site. Our room had paint smells and dust in many areas. Hotel had the same smells and dust in many areas. Our room also had some walls with new paint, yes not all of the walls had been painted. Loud noises began around 7 am...no need for an alarm clock that was set to go off at 9 am. This hotel needs to do much more awareness of the construction when guests are booking rooms. Make the guests aware of the construction at the time of booking and include details of what facilities may not be available during construction. Four (4) star and higher ranked hotels would also provide some type of room rate discount or other gifts to guests during construction. All I received at this hotel is we are sorry.

leftover food in the fridge was gross, but easy to remedy. Bathroom was small and awkward.

Nice room and pool was excellent. Great slide. Nice location close to sights.
