Our room wasn't what I had booked and had an awful smell.

It was convenient to where I was going and reasonable.

The room had been smoked in, at some point. They should have replaced all soft items ( bed, box, carpet, chair, drapes.) I'm guessing all they did was paint, and maybe a few I mentioned above, but for sure not all. No ice machine on site.

Room smelled like smoke. Linens were old and ragged.

Filthy inside and out. Run down. Roaches running around the room. They don't supply clean towels unless you go get your own and then hope they have enough to give you some. They obviously don't take care of the facilities. Trash cans in the halls for you to empty your own trash. Internet WIFI is unusable it is so slow, but you can pay to get faster connection. I didn't!

When my kids and I first checked in it seem to be okay, but when we got to the room I was so upset. I looked into the room and seen the 1980 television than I looked at my 16 y/o son and he was so upset because he brought his PS4 and it didn't have the outputs for his cords. I called the front desk to see if they had a updated television so my son could play his games, and she told me no because they were not updating the rooms until September. He than got the remote for the television and turned it on, and why did I let him do that he was more upset because they only had 20 channels and most of them were news channels. I than went to the little fridge to put our waters in it and notice the freezer part had more ice in it than the old fridges from 1985 (you know the ones that you had to boil hot water, place it in the freezer and close the door to make the ice melt) that was so nasty. The bathroom was so out dated that when you took a shower all the water was on the floor when you was finished. The first night we came back to the hotel they didn't clean, make the bed nor give us clean towels. I called to get clean towels and they said they didn't have any. The bed was so bad I had to check it every time I sat on it for bed bugs my kids told me I was tripping, but I did't feel like it. I didn't take nothing out of my bags nor did we leave anything on the floor. We stayed out both nights until we were ready to shower and go to bed because I didn't want to be in there that long.

This is a great value if you are a budget traveler. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay!

It was fine for the night. Except being woken up by an argument outside. The staff did take care if it quickly.

Good location in the valley, not a bad place to stay for a night. Room was clean except for a wine stain on the carpet. WiFi worked great

We found the Crossland motel conveniently located from the airport by car and with good late evening reception, and although in a fairly quiet location, many of the other clientele seemed to be noisy, not nice folk and thoughtless of others, even on our 3rd/top floor. We found our 2 queen beds room clean and smoke free, with lots of pillows but not enough towels for all of the number in our family as requested. Internet worked great, but there were no extras...ie. wastebasket in main room and no hairdryer, drinking water or paper towels or kleenex in the room. Nor was there any coffee or breakfast provided in the lobby although the night clerk was kind enough to issue us a coffeepot and coffee to take up to our room. Overall for the value for the price was good, and we would recommend it to friends.

Stayed one night as a last chance hotel because ALL of the hotels were booked in the area due to events. Was booked into a room on the third floor corner. The hotel only has one elevator that is located next to the office. Had to walk the length of the hotel to reach the room. The only other way to access upper rooms is up three flights of stairs. The hallways and stairwells are dirty and filled with over flowing garbage cans and cigarette butts everywhere. The door was extremely dirty and upon entering the room a strong smell was in the air and I had to febreeze the room. The rooms contain small kitchenettes, as apparently the hotel can be rented weekly. The only light in the bathroom was not working at all! The beds are stiff as a board and uncomfortable with 70's era bedspreads. This is the first review I have ever written in my life - but I felt a need to inform.

We are working nights day sleepers very quiet, great beds will stay here again.

It was nice that the rooms had a small kitchen. They also provided all the kitchen tools (pots, pans, silverware, etc.) as well. Cleanness needs to be improved though. For the price, however, the hotel was good enough.

It worked for me needed a room bed was hard noise out side a lot const workers partying

There was no parking in the back near our room which was inconvenient. The bed was hard but it's tto be expected with a room at this price. When I took a shower around 7 am the water wouldn't get hot but it did for my husband an hour later.

It's really value for money place and we really liked the attitude of staff. Very helpful and eager to do everything to make stay wonderful. Location is good if you just want to stay overnight while traveling to national park or for business. They do not provide kitchen utensils in room and you have to grab them for frontdesk.

Staff were very helpful and responded quickly to requests, room was clean, an overall good experience

Overall, this place is worthwhile. Easy access to everything in Spokane and I went as far as Hayden no problem. The funny things about staying there were the noises. The refrigerator wheezed and the ac wallshaker was just a bit much...fortunately they have a breaker access right there so 'pop' and it's all quiet. The staff are some very attractive down to earth people. It was a pleasure staying there.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Great value for around $55 a night.

I enjoyed it. There are not bells and whistles. It meets basic needs.
