My wife and I Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting speyer last week. Nice hotel but if you don't have a rental car it's about 20 mins from the town in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast is included in the price and is very good. Evening meal are good but expensive. The rooms are clean and tidy and are air conditioned. The spa has had a complete makeover this year and there is a really nice swimming pool and sauna. Staff could be slightly friendlier and a bit more attentive to guests as we found it hard to get a drink at times. It's classed as a 4* superior hotel but it's 3* at best. Overall a nice relaxing stay but I think that at €219 per room per night it's very expensive and overpriced and there's definitely better value to be has elsewhere.

Very strict policy on checking in, people actually standing in lobby waiting for 3PM. No assistance with luggage, seems to be mostly a one night destination. Cheap towels in bathroom. Air conditioning consists of a portable unit with exhaust piped hooked up below window.

This hotel is located approx 70 min out of Frankfurt. The area where is located is nice, landscape is relaxing around the hotel. Facilities are average, entrance and lobby are plain. Staff is "cold", you do not feel welcomed. Room is standard, not any differentiation compared to other hotels. Food in restaurant is good, they offered good variety within the buffet for dinner. Good beer and wine selection. Waiters on dinners were serviceable, and managed to assist a big group. We use a large meeting room that is nice, high ceiling, some windows with nice view, good size for approx 100 classroom sitting arrangement. Coffee break was good and well served throughout the day.

The hotel is fine and staff tries to help except for front desk. We were never informed that fee included an expensive breakfast until I paid the bill and neither my husband or I ate breakfast! Very disappointing! The answer from the manager was if I asked in advance what was included!

Lovley Hotel and spa in The country side, we had a fabulous suit with mezzanine with a view over a Lake .the spa. Was unfortunately closed to be renovated but The owner upgraded us to Make up for this as we booked à Long Time ahead. I réally regreted the spa looks fab but made up for this in The excellent restaurant with beautifully préparéd food, top class and lovely service by réally Pleasant staff ,gréât breakfast. Shame that thé desk' staff where apparently quite bored réceiving guests,felt in The Way, but The restaurant and bar staff made up for this. Very cléan

The rooms vary from average to nice. Most of the staff is unfriendly and absolutely not helpful. They make reservations from your creditcard and although you pay your bill, they do not immediately take of the reservations they made. I had to send numerous mails and still they did not cancel all the reservations immediately, although they said they had. In the restaurant they pretent that they can realize your diet wishes, but in reality they do not even listen to your medical wishes and when serving the wrong food they are not interested and do not even appologize. Also when you order a desert with egg-nog and cream then you miss the egg-nog and the cream. When mentioning this, also same uninterested reaction and no appologies. So, ok for a short stay, but do not expect any hospitality! Furthermore, when trying to phone the headoffice of Lindner because of the problems with the cancellation of the reservation on my creditcard, they never ever answered the phone (have been waiting for 20 minutes!). Because of the attitude of most of the Lindner Speyer staff, for us "never again a Lindner hotel!"

Really nice Hotel and Spa Area which is clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and kind. The Massage Treatment is absolutely Top. Sadly the Hamam was closed for renovation but maybe next time. Only issue is the Restaurant. Sometimes the food is absolutely great sometimes average. Would be happy if that could be more stabilized so you earn the 5 Star all over. Breakfast Top as well as the Beverage Selection. Thanks for the great time

First after leaving a mosquito infested hot hotel in downtown speyer we were ecstatic to find our room was air conditioned! This hotel spa is located about 20 minutes from the town center and very easy to find. The GPS however takes you to the front entrance and not the parking around back. Besides being cool, the rooms were very clean and the mattresses were uber comfy. The spa had textile and textile free areas clearly marked. One divination was the salt pool was not marked textile free but several folks floated face up sans bathing suits. We did not see any children while there so not sure if they are allowed. The pools were extremely clean as were the locker rooms. We ate dinner in the on site restaurant Salierhof. First note -- there was no AC and so many flies on the buffet we choose to order off of the menu. I had the spinatknodel. It was a giant dough ball filled with spinach and cheese and covered with a salty mushroom sauce. It was actually pretty good. My spouse had the ganze forelle which was 4 large medallions of pork that needed salt. We also ordered a very tasty appetizer of tomato and melon salad. I couldn't believe how refreshing it was. Our meal came to 64 Euros and would have been worth it if we had gotten it delivered to our But all that said and we will go back in the fall!

The spa might not be the best you have ever seen, and the service is attentive, but not as nice as probably expected. Clean rooms, pricy for the country side it is located in. The restaurant offers typical local dishes. Directly attached parking.

The room was clean, modern and with comfortable beds, even to my high standards. The hotel has a spa and indoor and outdoor pools. The staff was correct, not overly friendly, but in general helpfull. Being at a short driving distance from Speyer and a 30 min drive from Heidelberg, it is in the right location to allow for several days of excursions. The only disappointment was that our trip-brochure stated that there was free parking and we found we had to pay for the parking when we checked out. Showing the brochure did not help (as this was not from the hotel itself). This hotel was part of a package trip, so I cannot comment on the price/quality ratio.
