This property was located very close to the downtown area. It was very clean and the breakfast was great.
Fairhope is a quiet and idealistic community on Mobile Bay. The motel is well maintained with friendly staff and reasonable amenities. For the money, you cannot beat it!

The staff was very profession and polite. The rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was filling.
Over all a good value for the money. Very friendly staff. What I didn't like was the wi-fi was weak to non existent. When I expressed my concern. I was told there was to many people using it. Also the rooms we a bit musty smelling but quite honestly that seems to be normal at quite a few hotels/motels.
This motel caters to smokers so our room smelled very smoky. We stayed 3 nights, had our room serviced only once and they didn't even make the beds.

Ok place to sleep. Pool was nice. No bkfst dining area to sit in. Take out snacks don't get it. Bed was comfy.

The rooms were smallish but well furnished and impeccably clean. The staff was excellent. Very convenient to restaurants, food stores, shops and variety stores. I will stay here again when in the area.

Because of our location near costal area, specially during rainy days we do experience high humidity. That could make room feel higher in moisture. I wish you would have let us know about this during your stay. We do keep portable dehumidifier on site to prevent situation like this. We have recently updated our flooring to vinyl. We replaced carpet with vinyl so it helps with moisture. We apologize that you had to go through an experience like this. We try our best to control it to one place by providing smoking place. I checked back the housekeeping report and found out that you had DND sign on your door for first night. So our housekeeper did not bother and instead gave you service next day. I wish you would have brought your concern related to smoking and housekeeping services during your stay.
